I have some business dealings with Faisal over the last 5 years and i can confirm that he has always been very fair with me. He always offers the customer an opportunity to leave a holding deposit on the telephone via visa on any car that may be for sale on his website, this then illiminates any disappointment the customer may face when travelling long distances to view a vehicle assuring that it will be for sale when they turn up!
In my opinion i think he has been commented on quite unfairly with individuals trying to tarnish his very good customer reputation....i just felt i owe this to FM motors as they are a great team and lovely people to deal with
