Top service from Faisal and his team, highly recommend!

Purchased an Audi from FM Motors last week. I travelled on the train from Manchester to see and then eventually buy the A6 Avant from Faisal. I would recommend this garage for purchasing used cars.

MAKE SURE YOU READ ALL THE PAPERWORKS AND THEY WILL NOT HIDE ANYTHINGS. CHECK ALL THE SMALL DETAILS IN THE CAR AND I M SURE THERE IS SOMETHING THAT THEY HIDE IT FORM YOU.

Being a key worker for the NHS it was essential for me to travel to work during these unprecedented times. Having a bike just didn t cut it!
I cannot praise Faisal and his team at Fmotors enough. They delivered my car to me with such ease. All my paperwork was done over the phone, and DocuSign I even got to see a video of my car beforehand which helped so much in choosing the right car for me without having to be there.
They worked along side with all the government guidelines and in the most professional way. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic dealer. Knowledgeable and totally professional. I looked at 8 other dealers and none came close to FM Motors. I will definitely be seeing them for my next car.

I bought an Audi A4 convertible in November and from the day I bought it I ve had problems with the engine and smoking through exhaust. I took it back the next day and they kindly tried to fix the problem by cleaning cylinder head but the problem hasn t gone away and I m now having to pay out hundreds of pounds for a new engine due to the engine failure on this Audi that was apparent to them before I bought it. Raj is pleasant but obviously knew there was a problem as one of his workers informed me when I returned it so I will definitely steer clear of them in future. I ve been driving and buying cars for over 24 years and first time Ive been done over so lesson learned.

Upgraded my car this week, thank you to Faisal at FM Motors for his advice and expertise. No doubt I will enjoy the car for a long time. I will be recommending you guys and coming back again once I feel the need to upgrade again. Thank you x

An AMAZING experience!
Any car purchase is a gamble - I have bought cars from main dealers that have had to go back within the first 30 days, I've also over the years bought many used cars-with good and bad experiences. The experience with FM Motors was the most professional I have come across. All credit to them. There is a reason they have been around for so many years and I imagine they have a lot of return custom. YOU CAN TRUST THIS GARAGE!!



I live over 250 miles from the garage so logistics were difficult for them but I cannot praise the professionalism and customer service highly enough. A used car dealership, 250+ miles away from a client with an issue car could easily have taken a less scrupulous approach but the aftercare from FM was incredible.

After 20 days of the issue FM motors offered me 2 options. 1. I could have the full engine replaced at their cost 2. I could return the car for a full refund.

Due to logistics I opted for option 2 of a full refund. FM motors arranged pick up of the vehicle from me (again at their cost) and then bank transferred the full refund amount within 24 hours.

The company were aware that I had bought the car for my wife to run the kids about and they were very conscious of that fact throughout. As mentioned a used car purchase is a gamble at anytime - but these cars take the risk away by dealing with things 'incredibly' with respect to any aftercare service.

A genuine 5* review. An exceptional aftercare experience. To re-iterate 'YOU CAN TRUST THIS GARAGE'

I am not satisfied with the customer service which they provide. I feel that they did not care about you when you go there to see the car for test drive, they think that you are not able to buy a car and once they know that you are going to buy the car they fully care for you and once they get the money from you, not only you are less cared, but they even dont know you.
For me, there was written in the description that the car has rear parking aid but once i pay for the car, it was not as described before, while i try to tell them they just ignored me. I loss the money to get new one. Another thing, it took more than 2 months to get new log book and tax refund of my old car, due to delay i loss one month tax refund too. For all these things i called (telephone) them more than 20 times. Overall all i can say is, it was not good cooperation to do businees with them. I will not recommend to others for next business with them. Thanks

Very very good experience, travelled 140 miles and was met by Faisal who made sure the handover was completed, on time without problems. Car well turned out and a good price. P/ex deal was also so very sensible I felt overall he was one of the less greedy good guys !
Would recommend them without hesitation.

Had email correspondence with Faisil of FM Motors confirming he accepted my offer on a car. The next day i call FM Motors and speak to someone in more detail about the car and i let them know that i am just about to leave BOURNEMOUTH at 1030am and i will be arriving at 1-2pm to pay for and collect the car. the guy i talk to takes my name and number and says great we will see you soon!
We arrive (me, my wife and our 20month old little girl) at 130pm on the dot and walk in and speak to somebody letting them know who i was and that i was here to collect the car. This guy says that they sold the car this morning!!!! and that was it, he did apologise but you know when someone just doesn't really mean it! i showed him the correspondence emails and told him i spoke to someone just 3 hours prior letting them know i was on my way, but they did nothing. So we put our little girl through a 6 hour round trip FOR NOTHING, not to mention fuel wasted on the journey!
Was bad enough that they let me down like that but putting my little girl through it all for nothing is disgusting... i even took Frozen on dvd for her to watch in the new car on our way back home! I sent these people an email just letting them know how disgusted i was that they treated me like this (they had my mobile number for christs sake, they could have AT LEAST called to let me know that they sold the car) but i have not heard anything yet, and i dont really expect to! TOTAL AMATEURS! and i would not recommend them to my closest enemy if i had one! FUMING!!!! To be honest i think somebody came in that morning and they might have offered more money and these cowboys just sold without the balls to let me know!

Just bought my Lovely BMW from Faisal, gem of a guy and very honest, come and try one of our burgers soon guys!

After wanting to purchase another car I was apprehensive about using a seller other than an official BMW dealership etc because of the piece of mind that you usually get. When I approached FM Motors, I had very quick responses to my questions and was offered a generous price on my part exchange and a great deal on the car that I was interested in. Prices are very reasonable too.I was very impressed indeed. The whole experience right from the start was second to none and FM exceeded my expectations in all areas. His staff were very helpful indeed and I actually feel the service I had was far better than I have received in the past from official dealerships. I would certainly recommend this company and put it out there not to be apprehensive about dealing with FM. Would certainly use again. Thanks once again...

Faisal and his team could not have been more helpful on our visit today. What a superb variety of used cars at affordable prices. Had my heart set on one from the FM website - but other tempting cars were evident! We worked out a satisfactory transaction on my original choice.Faisal went out of his way to complete onerous paperwork on transfer, saving me the hassle. I left their premises beaming! Well worth the 100 mile round trip. Get down there and find a bargain! Cheers chaps.
