I recently bought a car from Faisal , the owner of FM motors in Wembley .
I have to say that what can be a traumatic experience ( buying a car !) was made an absolute pleasure by Faisal and his team .
Their product knowledge was excellent, they always called me back when they said they would and everything that we agreed Re my purchase was honoured .
There were no high pressure sales tactics , just a clear explanation of the pros and cons of the respective car in relation to my needs .
I would encourage people in the market to try FM motors . It s rare to find a company with such a commitment to customer service
