Steve Earl is an amazing salesman!!! They treat you with respect and won't rip you off. Ladies get flowers when they arrive and they make sure the transaction goes easy and smooth. I would recommend them. I just got a GMC Terrain and i love it!! Thanks Steve!!!

Very unhappy. They called me to turn in my lease early as they said "they needed used gmc to sell"
We gave them all our details and budget on phone, they said they could give us that No problem. We talked specifics budget and car models. We drove an hour away and after 2 hours at the dealership they gave is numbers on lowest model $80 more monthly then promised on a higher model. On top of that our sales guy Brian was rude and annoyed with me.

I sent an inquiry about a Lamborghini Hurcan lease special and I got a quick response from Ryan Cala, and I must say, I sent multiple inquiries to multiple dealerships in the New York and NJ area; but Ryan's quick response, and professional attitude to answer any and all of my concerns throughout the lease process was excellent. When I came to pickup the car with my wife and kids, Ryan and the F.C. Kerbeck team were ready for me, the paperwork was prepared in advance and we got thru it in less then 10 minutes and the car was ready and prepped to go. Ryan went over all the features of the Hurcan and wouldn't let me leave until my phone Bluetooth was connected. I plan on coming for a future purchase next year.

The only bad thing about this place is the cadillac service department.

They are there to suck money out of you.
For example, John the cadillac service manager did some maintenance on my car. I asked him to check the wind shield wiper fluid because it is leaking.

he had his guys look at it and said there was a big gushing hole coming from the reserve. and it would cost me 395 to replace it. i held off on it because that is a little bit too pricey.

Then i went to another mechanic to hopefully get a better price. the second mechanic told me, it was leaking because the tube came off, all he had to do was connect it.

i can't believe this guy was going to hit me with a 395$ to reconnect a tube.

i would NEVER go back to this place for service.

This is far best experience I have ever had in my life !
Have had over 25 exotic high end cars over last 10 years from long island but never faced experience like this !
Whole staff is very friendly and make you feel like part of family !
Brian (Lambo sales consultant ) great guy , always respond quick and had everything ready for us he deserve 10 out 10
Joe (General manager ) and Eric (Sales manager ) did a lot to make it work for us , even sent out flat bed truck out to Long Island to pick up our trade !

Joe and glen (finance) are very professional and courteous to get all things done right way on time and stayed with us till 9 pm due to our insurance fault !

Last but not least MR.Frank Kerbeck (Owner)
His family owns this business over 100 years and when I met this guy , he is nicest person , humble and people person .He offered us lunch and dinner and came to us many times to make sure we are all good with everything.
HE TAKES PRIDE IN HIS COMPANY AND STORE !
He should as his employee are great team ever!

Nice cars but if you have a problem after you buy they do not stand behind their product the service mgr. is rude and does not do quality work and the sales mgr. Al was not helpful his answer to damage on the car was ..... I was being picky after all they are not new cars . Al I bought a car that you and Brain Felt said had no knowledge of any damage and I have paperwork to prove it . Guess it's time to speak to Mr. Frank Kerbeck

my first visit on 8-2-19 was at a slow time and we were the only ones there and we wound up with four sales people trying to resolve a noise issue. We left. I liked the truck so I called the next day and arranged to go back. When I arrived the next day I was met by Chris Webb . Chris was very accommodating and we had a much better experience. I was pleased with the way I was dealt with and I feel I was treated very fairly. I realize that car sales people are trained in ways of making customers feel special but Chris 's manor and easy going personality and people skills made for a pleasant experience in what can be a stressful and long day. Thank you Chris for a good day. Al and June Kushner .

We had a great experience at FC Kerbeck. Like none that we ever had at a car dealership. This is my 5th new car and my 1st with FC Kerbeck. Due to the friendly staff and their goal to satisfy us FC kerbeck is now our only car dealership.

F.C. Kerbeck is a great dealership to do business with. They treated my husband and I with first class treatment. I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who's in the market to purchase a GMC or Buick. John was our sales professional and he helped us a great deal. He made our experience run very smoothly. John was very courteous, professional, swift ,effective and informative. I also sell vehicles as a profession and he treated us the way I treat my customers. I bought a Bently from Paul Wayne F.C. Kerbeck in New Jersey. My car gets serviced there as well, where I spend allot of money on my services.! I tried to buy a Royles Royce from them and got denied 3 times. I called Paul up and said I like to buy a Lamborghini from them. In the mean time I was approved by a Royles Royce dealership in New York for a 2019 Ghost. I asked Paul Wayne and Eric the Sales manager if I have any questions on the Royles Royce May I ask any questions, I was told no!!!! They stated it was a slap in the face because I purchased the Royles from another dealer, mind you that the Bently was $260,000 and all the services I pay for, but a question is out. This is unreal after I was going to get a Lamborghini as well. So basically if you by cars there and a car somewhere else they will not help you. This is a complete joke. This is the second exotic I have bought at Kerbeck and will definitely be back in a few years to add to my "stable"

I'm just your average citizen who had bad luck. My 1999 Saab (which I paid $1500 for 1 1/2 years ago) had worked fine until after work one day i received a "key not authorized" display and it would not turn over. Got it towed from Glassboro to my mechanic in Sewell to see if he could get it started. After trying for half the day, he told me that unfortunately he could not get it started but refused to take any money b/c (as he kindly put it) "I don't take money if I don't resolve the problem". This was from an honest guy working from a garage from his home.

***Feel free to contact me if you need a great honest mechanic by the way. He's in Sewell, NJ & his name is Mike ***

Proceeded to pay about $80 to get it towed to this location ... FC Kerbeck. Was told the diagnostic fee was about $125/hr but they would try to find the problem quickly. After getting hit with 2 "diagnostic fees", then being told they had installed an additional component which still didn't resolve the problem, my bill was now over $550 (which they expected me to pay for). HOWEVER... if I could come up with about $4000 cash, I could use my "non-starting Saab" towards a down payment for a new car.

So let's see. I'm still taking the bus to work because I have no car. I pay $80 to get it towed there and now am expected to pay over $550 so I can get my NON-WORKING Saab back that I paid $1500 for over 1 1/2 years ago? Hmmmm.....

Talked to a representative early Friday, April 11th who was supposed to talk to a manager to see if ...ahem.... I could ONLY pay them $300 for the work they had done for this non-working car. In other words, whatever money I could get from a junk dealer, they want in their pocket, not mine. It's a nice day today (Sat, April 12th) and I'm sure they're busy selling lots of cars on this nice day. Too busy to worry about calling me back to get $300 from a hard working guy who is still trying to get another car for work.

I'm a spiritual person and do not like to speak badly about anyone. However, I know how well (and fair) I try to treat clients where I work. If someone is having trouble paying their bill, we try to work with them so they can still use our establishment until they get on track. To kick a person when they're down and expect payment when the vehicle could not even be repaired just strikes me as bad business. Especially come from a large dealership selling high end cars. They're not exactly one of those "buy here, pay here" places you see on Delsea Dr. I would expect this treatment from a place like that... not here.

I gave it 2 stars not 1 because they were great when I first came. After I received the news they couldn't get the car started, things quickly went south.

Bought my Acadia here. It is less than 2 yrs old with 19k miles on it. The car wouldn't start due to a dead battery on 12/11/19, leaving my wife and child stranded while out. A good samaritan jumped their vehicle for them and she drove home. I immediately called Kerbeck who stated their next service appointment wasn't available until 12/16/19. I asked for a loaner, in which the answer was no I could not get one for a job that small. I asked to bring the battery in myself to get it exchanged in which they said no, that is not possible because their service department doesn't have a battery tester?! Basically we would be without our vehicle for 1 week and they didnt care.I pleaded and after a long hold, was told to remove the battery myself and bring it to Pep Boys to get tested and if it failed, to bring the battery to them to get it replaced. Well I did that and the battery failed. I brought them the battery, which also stated on it "42 month free replacement" and told them my story. They acted as if I never called, all while I heard the person I spoke to in the next room talking to more customers on the phone. After a brief conversation with a parts employee of very few words, he stated I would have to leave the battery with them for two hours while they tested it on their own battery tester. Oh now they have a tester! I left the battery, called two hours later, in which I was told the battery failed and to come in to receive a replacement. I went back, the man of again very few words pointed to the new battery on the counter, I asked if that is mine, he shook his head yes. I asked for a receipt, he told me no I could not get a receipt because it was just being replaced. I just wanted some kind of documentation as I have on all of my vehicles. He proceeded to tell me I shouldve waited for a service appointment if I wanted to get a receipt. I gave up and walked out with the new battery. Moral of the story they'd rather give you the run around and hope you just go and buy a new battery yourself at the store rather than dealing with them. This was a shame. The 5th time this Acadia has left us stranded due to electrical issues. Would've left just 1 star but hey I did get a new battery so I guess they deserve 2. Steer clear!

Steve is a good guy. He will not rush you and is not pushy. He explains everything well and when he said he was going to call...he did, when he said he would get back to me with vehicle information...he did.
He spent hours with me the first time I test drove the Ghibli. He communicated with me via email, work phone, and his own personal cell phone via text, he was OK with a quick talk on a Sunday afternoon. If you go to FC Kerbeck, this is the guy to see...bottom line!!
I would also like to note that I dealt with Eric Bloom who is professional and made the buying process painless.

I have purchased several vehicles from FC Kerbeck. Steve Capra, the salesman is a gentleman who is honest and trustworthy and helps to guide you through the purchasing process with quick responses to questions and excellent customer service. They deliver on their promises and are always very friendly and easy to reach. The service department, from Aida who answers the phone and is always a friendly voice to Neal who arranges service quickly do a great job. Other "premium" dealers that I have worked with seem to nickel and dime the customer and I am often left with the sneaky suspicion that the service being recommended may or may not be needed, but not at FC Kerbeck.

The sales event on the Maserati Ghiblis was terrific. The very fair price on the new Maserati and on my trade-ins eliminated the need for price negotiation. Brian was quite friendly, helpful in explaining the pricing process and explained the nuances of the Maserati so there was no trepidation when we left in our new car.

Never again. Not sure if a young person trying to buy a car is something the salesman aren't interested in? But when someone has cash IN HAND for a down payment and is very clear about what they want and don't want why wouldn't you try your hardest to make the customer happy and make a sale for yourself? Such bullshitters that dance around everything no straight answers until hours have gone by and you're fed up. Biggest waste of time.

Not sure if F C Kerbeck Cadillac service department can block negative comments but the long and short of the complaint is if you disagree with the service group they decide not to pay attention

Cellular respiration is the process of breaking sugar into a form that the cell can use as energy. This happens in all forms of life. Cellular respiration takes in food and uses it to create ATP, a chemical which the cell uses for energy.

Usually, this process uses oxygen, and is called aerobic respiration. It has four stages known as glycolysis, Link reaction, the Krebs cycle, and the electron transport chain. This produces ATP which supplies the energy that cells need to do work.

When they don't get enough oxygen, the cells use anaerobic respiration, which doesn t require oxygen. However, this process produces lactic acid, and is not as efficient as when oxygen is used.

Aerobic respiration, the process that does use oxygen, produces much more energy and doesn t produce lactic acid. It also produces carbon dioxide as a waste product, which then enters the circulatory system. The carbon dioxide is taken to the lungs, where it is exchanged for oxygen.

The simplified formula for aerobic cellular respiration is:

C6H12O6 + 6O2 6CO2 + 6H2O + Energy (as ATP)
The word equation for this is:

Glucose (sugar) + Oxygen Carbon dioxide + Water + Energy (as ATP)

Had problem with wiper blades only having one speed and stop working at times. Commercial is a lie. Could not contact Mr. Kerbeck to let him know. $28,000.00 buys you nothing good here. Will not ever buy another car there and will tell my friends to stay far away.

Why was only the good review responded to and the lack of responsibilities dealt with. It's a shame when just cause your selling high end cars you think your sales people can act inappropriately rude and just all around unprofessional. Sad days ahead for this dealership.

Great Car buying experience

Great Car buying experience

I went to F C Kerbeck looking to buy a new car. After looking at other dealerships, I was recommended to Steve Capra . From the start i felt comfortable. Steve was completely knowledgeable and forthcoming with any information I requuired. His pleasant demeanor and friendliness made this a truely wonderful experience. I found the car of my dreams and took it home that night. Any questions that have come up have been completely answered to my satisfaction.

The dealership is extremely acomodatioing to my service needs and has met all my expectations. I highly recommend F C Kerbeck and especially Steve Capra to anyone looking for a new premium car

I bought my Cadillac ATS not even a month ago and ...

I bought my Cadillac ATS not even a month ago and already it is having a myriad of problems. Codes come up saying the engine and transmission isn t working properly. Head doesn t work on the passenger side. Onstar called the car and said service within 1 day or risk possible break down. Has no pickup at all. They can t get this thing in till the 13th and who knows if it ll break down if I keep driving it. This car became such an inconvenience I don t even want it anymore breaks more then I can enjoy it.

I own several exotic cars, and made the mistake of...

I own several exotic cars, and made the mistake of having my Lamborghini serviced at FC Kerbeck. They were at the time the only Lambo servicer in NJ, and took my car with about 10k miles on it in with a dead battery. After doing thousands of work, I pick the car up with an appt. and they weren't expecting me in, and someone drives the car back on the lot from somewhere down the highway. When I ask why they were driving my car they told me they were getting it washed, and I look at it... and the car isn't washed. Then another guy at the desk told me he wasn't sure the service manager wasn't in and they drive my car every day. To this day no one has explained this to me or how they put more than 60 miles on my car. Then the best part- the put the wrong battery in my car and I broke down driving home and had to be towed half way across the state home. When I took to another official dealer, they helped me report them to Lamborghini International where it was confirmed they put the wrong battery for the car in, and told me this might have caused additional problems. I also found out they used aftermarket non official Lamborghini parts on the other repairs done, and overcharged me on other parts. Even though I hadn't even driven the car 10 miles after picking it up, the new dealer I went to had to do $12,000 of repairs under the hood to repair damage that they told me there is no way FC Kerbeck wouldn't have seen it if the damage was there, but FC Kerbeck's position was that it was just bad luck or I must have damaged the car I've been driving for almost 2 years in the few minutes I had it before it died after leaving their possession where their employees were "driving it every day." and put unexplained mileage on the car.
After a long fight, and after the dealer and service manager refusing to take my calls for weeks, they agreed to credit for just the battery. Not the tow- even though it was leaving their facility where they "fixed it" for almost $7,000. They did not agree to replace any aftermarket parts I paid premium prices for as they told me they will work the same (even though I asked up front if I was getting Lamborghini parts and they said YES), and they take no responsibility for the damage that their negligence likely caused. I will be consulting an attorney. BEWARE OF TAKING EXOTICS TO THIS REPAIR FACILITY, BE WARNED.

We loved working with Ryan - because he has Excellent personally, genuine, honest, very professional, knows his stuff, friendly, welcoming and friendly. This was our first time to purchase luxury car and our experience couldn't have been better. We were not pushed to purchase something we do not like/want. No hard sales tactics, prices were fair and they got us car that we liked. The paperwork process couldn't be more efficient and paper-free.

We will definitely recommend working with Ryan and get with him for future car needs.

These guys saved me. I had an old car not worth anything. The problem was getting a car that I could afford and hide 7500 in negative equity.... They did it. If that's not enough. That car I had for three and a half years. 50 % still owed. 16,000 still owed and the engine blew up.... Now I had a car with 16,000 in negative equity and it has a blown engine. Up the creek, right?
No these guys put me in a brand new 2018 car and hide the equity. That's a true friend trying to help. I will always buy my cars from kerbeck...

I was looking to trade in my vehicle and purchase a new one. I put in an online appraisal. I promptly received a call from a man named Anthony. With him knowing full well what my appraisal was worth he told me that they wanted my car for their lot and that we could make a deal. So I drive an hour to get there. Once I got to the dealership my car was appraised while I was looking at their inventory. I repeatedly said that we would only be making a deal if the prices were right. I asked numerous times how much the appraisal was. They refused to answer. Then after about 2 hours they came back and offered me 25 thousand below blue book trade in value stating that it would be going straight to auction. When I asked why I was told the ex as cted oppisite I was given the I didn't say that and no one took responsibility. This dealership utilizes horrible business practices. Do not go here. There are a lot more honest dealerships out there.

Buying a vehicle is a PIA, buying an exotic is a double PIA. After my research and conversations with several dealers I purchased from FC Kerbeck. I'm very busy. Playing phone tag, negotiating and playing "The Game" interfere with my hectic schedule. Their staff was attentive, responded to my requests promptly and quickly generated images of the proposed build, interiors etc. Thank you Joe Innaurato and Steve Capra.
I picked my vehicle up in person. John Stanch gave me a tour of the facility then I met with Glen Smith who was prepared and concluded the closing quickly. I also met with Frank Kerbeck who is a also car buff of course. He personally thanked and congratulated me.
I'll definitely buy from FC Kerbeck in the future.

@ Derek O....I too had a horrible experience with FC Kerbeck Service Dept. They rob people with what they charge. I have a 2002 Saab 9-3 Turbo Convertible that died on my way home from work one day. I had only had the car for a short period and didn't have a service place to take it. I had it towed to FC Kerbeck. They did the work they said was needed and charged me over $1200 for a throttle body repair. I also had a headlight out so I asked how much it would be to change it. They quoted "$ 99.00". Since the car was now operational, I took the car without having the headlight replaced. I bought the bulb for $ 8 and replaced it myself in less than 5 minutes. I also questioned my current mechanic about how much he would have charged for the work I had done and he quoted me a third of what Kerbeck charged me. You live and you learn. I will never return to Kerbeck for service and because of my bad experience, I would never purchase from them either. They rip the consumer off because customer loyalty has no real value to them. I wouldn't have even given the one star if I had a zero star option.

Yesterday, we went to FC Kerbeck to buy a new car. My husband called Samantha, in service, to asked which sales representative we should talk with. (Samantha sets up our service appointments.) She recommended Steve Earl. Steve welcomed us with a big smile and a handshake. That was the beginning of a most enjoyable car-buying experience. After I explained to Steve what type of car I would like to buy, he took us to see cars that would fit my needs. He carefully selected a few. He did not overwhelm us with too many from which to choose.

When it came time for the paperwork for financing etc., Steve carefully explained options. He took the time to make sure that we understood everything.

Jay worked with us on the service package. Again, we were very well treated. Jay carefully explained all the options.

We had very few questions since both gentlemen were thorough in their explanations.

As a result, we drove home with my brand new RED Buick.

We can't say enough about how well we were treated.

I purchased a car from Ryan at Kerbeck last year. The service he provided was above and beyond. He was able to answer all of my questions and continued to check in with me after the purchase was done. I had encountered a problem with one of the cars wheels, when it was taken in for service the manager took excellent care in making sure the work was done right. Everyone at Kerbek has been attentive, respectful and consecrate. Highly recommended.

I have brought a lot of different cars over my time, this dealership is one of the worst I have dealt with. The service Dept. is terrible, they really do not care about the customer once they have your money. do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. they do not return phone calls and there 190 point inspection is a joke. Again go to another dealer.

Don t waste your time like I did going to multiple dealerships prior to my visit to FC Kerbeck. I worked with Colin of FC and had a great experience, no pressure, no rush, explained the vehicle, worked with
me post purchase on a minor service issue (I bought a certified truck). These people are first class unlike the other dealerships in the area. If you want to be treated with respect in a pressure free environment visit FC Kerbeck and ask for Colin. Couldn t be more happier with my GMC Sierra and look forward to with him again in the future. Thank you Colin and everyone at FC Kerbeck.

Friendly staff and great atmosphere......

Purchased a new GMC vehicle today from Madison. The experience was great from beginning to end. He greeted us in the parking lot after we parked. He accommodated every request we had with a smile. Very knowledgeable in regards to the product line and made recommendations in regards to selecting the best vehicle for our wants/needs. Needless to say, he gave us his full attention while walking around in the rain with no umbrella.
Overall, I would 100% recommend FC Kerbeck and Madison for your vehicle purchases.

very friendly staff, we bought a caddy and they were super friendly. they even bought us lunch. but when it comes time to sign papers it took us 5 hours. the whole car buying process was a total of 8 hours. that is insane!

I had a real good experience today. This is the second Cadillac that I purchased from FC Kerbeck I live in Elkton Md. Travel down there because they have real nice cars at decent prices. William Durham the sales manger and Bill Kaufman are exceptional people to work with. Thank you guys for all you did for me today.
