I posted a review yesterday about the poor service...

I posted a review yesterday about the poor service I received from the Cadillac service department and now it is no longer there

Not sure if F C Kerbeck Cadillac service department can block negative comments but the long and short of the complaint is if you disagree with the service group they decide not to pay attention

I guess they may not like their decisions to be challenged by a woman
