Best car buying experience I have ever had, hands down. I will be doing business here for a while!

This is my second car from Tab and I will buy my third from them. So easy ,no BS, nice people and incredible value.

My wife and I purchased a car from Frank yesterday. I have purchased and leased a number of cars in the past and I have to say that dealing with Frank (the owner) was one of, if not the best experience I've ever had at a car dealership.

Frank priced the car we were interested in extremely competitively. I almost never write reviews, but after checking out Tab reviews before going to Tab yesterday, I was a bit hesitant after seeing only 2 reviews, one of which was negative, so I thought I have to share my experience, as I don't know how you can have a negative experience when dealing with these guys.

Extremely honest, caring, informative, and overall excellent dealership and owners. Frank was very honest and transparent during all aspects of the transaction. No pressure, no rush, even offered to keep the shop open for us after hours during the week so we can stop by after work. After we left, my wife and I agreed immediately that we are buying our next car(s) from Frank.

Truly a great experience all around. Keep up the great work guys.

From minute one, this was one of the most honest companies I've worked with. Everything was transparent with their pricing, and they are a family-owned business and it shows through their values.

Owner would not let me test drive unless i was "going to buy the car today." I attempted to reason with him. H e claimed, "it's my business and I'll do what I want." Smug and arrogant. Would never give this company my business.

TAB is a small, family operated dealer specializing only in extremely high quality (mostly European) used cars. I purchased my Benz E350 here and I could not be happier. Every issue item was fully disclosed and shown prior to the test drive. Additional repairs were conducted at TAB's cost prior to signing the final paperwork. All records and receipts were provided as well. TAB keeps offering prices low and firm as posted which makes things very straight forward. Tire kickers and penny pinchers seeking a few $100 off their posted price will not be happy. I recommend TAB to anyone looking for an excellent used car on the NW side of Chicago. TAB is a 1st rate sales operation run by respected gentlemen who are ex-Chicago Mercantile exchange pit traders.

I don t even have my car yet and I m giving a 5 star review. As I am purchasing from out of state Todd agreed to take the car to a MB dealer for an inspection, while the car looks flawless they did find several thousand dollars in needed repairs at the dealer. Todd agreed to the repairs and honored the original price. He has been available and communicative throughout the process. Cannot wait to get off the train to Chicago and pick up the car.

TAB auto brokers hit every mark! Transparency, pricing and customer service. Since This was my first time buying on line without being able to physically inspect the car I really had to trust them and they did not let me down. Not only did they give me the best price, they held the offer for 48 hours even though they were getting other calls. They helped me arrange shipping and were professional every step of the way. They are a business but they believe in the personal relationship with the customer as well. Thank you!!

I have not done business with them yet, but I am convinced I will. I called and inquired about my situation and if they can get me into a car. I spoke with the son of the company I believe. He was very upfront and honest about the price range I would need to stick around. Even though I have in mind my "dream car" he didnt try to get me to come in test drive just any old thing and try to sell me any old thing. They are not like the dealerships that claim we can guarantee you approval. He told me flat out stick around this price range for my particular situation he said he has a vehicle around that price and would be getting more in and would keep in touch as they come in. More than anything I appreciated someone being honest. Even though the car I want they have and its 16,995 I appreciated the honesty in why this wasnt the best option for ME. They're not doing whats best for them but for me. Who knows maybe I'll get lucky and actually score the car of my dreams from them but in the meantime, I'll keep my eyes peeled for what more they have in stock.

Hands down, the best place to buy a luxury car. Todd and his dad really know their cars and they only sell solid, welll maintained cars. If you buy 1 car from them you will never buy from anywhere else. They are THAT GOOD.

Just picked up a 2014 X5 from Todd & Frank last month. Purchased the car sight unseen based on pictures, car fax & Todd's description. The car was shipped from Chicago to Philly and arrived with no issues. It was better than expected - perfect in fact, while it was also the best price that I could find anywhere - $4k less than the local BMW dealer wanted for a 2013 with higher mileage. It was a pleasure doing business and I would not hesitate recommending TAB to anyone. This is my 4th purchase from them. They are the real deal.

TAB is absolutely amazing! After a few weeks of shopping around for a specific vehicle, my family and I kept going back to TAB (about 4 times to be honest!). When it came down to making the decision, nothing compared to their quality and price.

TAB is not your typical dealership that carries 100+ cars. A really nice touch is that they keep all of their vehicles indoors and wash them regularly. Not to mention the fact that we did not encounter a single employee who was pushing us to purchase from them or inquiring for our phone number. They were even kind enough to wax my vehicle and wash the windows before I drove it off the property (I didn't even ask!).

I plan on keeping my vehicle for a long time but I will definitely return to TAB when I am ready for my next ride!
