The place is fantastic and plenty of other services available

rooms are good, food is good, swimming pool is too good but no bar in side hotel. you have to go on other places for drinks

Very good for the value. Staff are very friendly. Rosy, kharine, shake, marj. Fitness center have nice facilities. Sheila and Sotera are very accommodating. The engineering help quick Jorge, Ramil. And the Public Area Attendants were so friendly and always smiling. Nulffiya, rocellyn, Margate. WiFi good. Pool area fair enough.

splash juice bar on the 4th floor is a nice place to sit n unwind with friends n family

It is a good value for money. Don't take the smallest room because it is so tiny

Location is very good. Hotel is good by Doha standards.

Loads of attractions.The kids always have something to do.

I was so glad by the quick response by the maintenance department after reporting a clogged WC.Mr. Timothy a very nice and soft spoken staff came through and made life so easy for me and my roomates to continue with our stay.Thank you so much Timothy keep up with the good spirit.

Never seen such poor quality in every aspect... the most stingy hotel of this kind where you need to pay your laundry every time you give it... for 10 Royal they would bother you and refuse to give you clothes back... do no go there!

Great building with many options yet the room is very old fashioned and outdated with the poorest room service ever!!! Not even changing shampoo bottle. No cattle in room, no water!!!

A Good place for a long time stay with a variety of indoor recreational facilities.

Best service hotel in Doha excellent room and furniture. Sea View is excellent. facilities Is very nice staff are friendly and helpful specially housekeeping and reception staff are very nice. Many restaurants around the hotel. Four floor is imaging gym swimming pool restaurant sports cafe super market. It s totally perfect place to enjoy your stay. Same staff is really very helpful and friendly.rashed nuzrul shahadat Mamun ashraful dependar thea make my stay more enjoyable.

Terrible experience. They change my reservation from 2 people to 1 people. But it was paid for 2 ! Terrible service !

What a joke of a hotel.

The rooms are a terrible mismatch of dodgey renovations.

The bathrooms are mouldy amd stink of sewarage as do the hacked together kitchens (which were once bathrooms).

The beds are matresses picked of a rubbish heap 10 years ago.

The rooms are barely cleaned each day.

The gym is worn out equipment with far to many unused cardio machines taking up space.

They rent out a central hall and allow people to blast music all night so good luck sleeping.

And if you get screwed over by staying near the 4th floor you will get to listen to balls being kicked against your walls all day as well.

Avoid this place like tje plague.

Nice hotel with 4 buildings and 4th floor swimming pool between the buildings

No one will say no to stay here , there are some problems but all small issues. This ezdan hotel having 4 entrance. All rooms having good view and very nice floor service. Prices bit high, parking , restaurant , rent a car and other luxury services available inside one roof.

This is the best budget accommodation in city center area. Services not bad, but the interior and finishing is weak.

1 of worst hotel we checked in last Eid only 3 person can have wifi in the room.. AC not cool.. i left a jeans and tshirt but they cant find.. worst!

BED BUGS this is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at, the beds are horrible its dirty and unsanitary. It looks nice on the outside and the lobby but dont let that fool you it is truly horrible. I have stayed in over 500 hotels in my life and this is the worst!

I am staying in ezdan hotel for couple of months and my experience was superb. It was a great hotel and they have a great service.I really enjoying my stay because of the facilities that the hotel provided.The staff who working in the hotel are very smart and helpful, especially the staff ,Mr noujish ,Louie, harshana, and Mr Touhidul ,thanks ezdan hotel and thanks all staff i recommanents this hotel again thanks all... really I love ezdan hotel.

A huge hotel with wonderful swimming pool, restaurants, supermarket... Everything you may need

The hotel is excellent in all respects, especially when the swimming pool is in the heart of the buildings.
I would like to thank Mr. Nabil Berri, the esteemed restaurant manager, for his kindness.
And I personally enjoyed working with them in the hotel ... After the approval of most of the officials and management of the hotel handed over my papers and contracts to the Director of Indian affairs, where he saved them Lucknow God gave me more than 6 months Rahih Jay to sign the contract.
Which forced me to leave Qatar and pay huge sums of money to the jostas after two months of residency.

God does not forgive ...

Good place to stay , variety of breakfast and good view of room

The service was excellent, the service was quick, the reception staff was excellent and the security was excellent. I lost the iPad with the elevator and was handed over to me after looking for it through security.

Old rooms, AC was not stopping and freezing, tech worked for 3 hours to repair

Having the convenience of a terrific pool and a well stocked supermarket, one might also enjoy the restaurants closeby and a decent gym. The rooms are in fair shape, and so one may have a pleasing stay at the Ezdan Hotel.

That is if you never have to ask for service! If there is anything wrong (rain, broken toilet, or a non-functioning safe) the experience of trying to get service will drive you to the brink of insanity. Well trained in ignoring your request, the personnel will change constantly to plead ignorance to your problem. The only constant being the often repeated phrase "I'm sorry Sir" which is repeated over and over and over. If ignoring you doesn't work they will simply lie to you. Not getting the nice room they showed you before? Well, they will tell you it's a maintenance issue. If you ask the next day if the issue is fixed...guess what: someone else moved in yesterday and you are stuck with a room that has no functioning toilet.

As stated, if all things go right the Ezdan can give you a pleasing stay at medium price. Just hope you will never need service.

I stayed in Ezdan Hotel for couple of days and my experienced was so great, i really do enjoyed my stay because of the facilities that the hotel provided and my room was so big and the view was so amazing together with the staff whose working in this hotel my stay will never be that great worth mentioning are Louie who's assisted my checking in, he is so informative and the smile so welcoming, Patrick who assisted me going to my room he managed to explain those places near in the area and it was so appreciated though it was not a long walk (but if you will be checking in better to know which tower you will be) and there is one guy name Touhidul he is kind he was always there at night every time i requested. all in all, together with the staff and the facilities, the service that this hotel was given to me. my stay was so great. its worth to come back and share this experienced. (thumbs up) Recommended.

Everything in one location including a supermarket and i believe the prices are reasonable. Ezdan was great for me as a student in an Emba with HEC.

The location is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is nice.

Hotel is pretty decent...and when it come to pricing strategy with reference to the local pricing..it is one of the best value added combination with services.

Pathetic hosting experience. I am waiting from more than 1 hour at reception. My room was booked by my company and their is no information at reception about it. The receptionist is trying to call sales team but no one is attending her call. It shows there is no coordination between departments.

The room was neat and comfortable. And it has a great view. The malls and supermarkets are very nearby to just a walking distance. I like the hotel starting from the staff, facilities, comfort, cleanliness and the surroundings. Nulffiya, Margate, Rocellyn for very helpful. And Jorge, Ramil of maintenance.
