crown plaza and holiday inn are 2 replica buildings adjacent to each other. holiday inn is always almost fully occupied, so one can opt for crown plaza and get cheaper rates as well

The hotel is good, it has everything you expect from a nice hotel, the staff is nice and polite, food is delicious and expensive , the only negative, for which I've deducted one star is its location, there are multiple beer and wine shop nearby which attracts some not so friendly people

We're also from the Hospitality trade , It's our Job to still explain to our Guest in a polite Manner ...as We were puzzled so we asked
Which i see no harm ...
Anyway the Management should Give a proper trainin bout Handlin their Guest in a professional way else change their position which suits their attitude & behaviour ...

Its a wonderful place in Mayur vihar . The restaurant Kylin on the ground floor serves authentic Chinese and Japanese food . The food quality is very good and tasty. . The ambience is also very nice

[January 2018, 2 business trips on business trips] The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the beds are soft and comfortable. The breakfast has a choice of Western and Indian styles, varied and delicious. The service is professional and welcoming.

A well maintained hotel with decent rooms. Comapred to the room, the size of the TV was small. The mattress was on the softer side. The breakfast buffet restaurant was bit of a let down, service was slow. Staff at the reception were very helpful.

Really good spacious rooms. Very well maintained rooms and the bathrooms have really good collection of toiletries. The biggest problem here, for Indians, is the fact that this hotel has only toilet paper and no jets. This is something to note.

We get more options in breakfast and good services from the staff as well. Overall nice.
