The staff was very helpful. Quick check in and check out. Good location. The room was clean and nicely furnished however after the rains, I found that the window is leaking and there was a small pond on the room floor near the window.

Hotel and apartments distributed on 4 towers with a height of 39 floors and a common space between the towers on the fourth floor has a swimming pool (depth of 1 meters to 2 meters) and another for children and a basketball court and a football field for children, supermarket, restaurants, games hall and gym

Avoid when the hotel is full.

Pool area is big and one of the attractive faciluties in ezdan hotel aside from facilities there are those staff who is very accmodating and has excellent service namely few of them rosy marwin heyzel, housekeeping mr, kenawy
Engineering jerome and jorge and the lady in public area ms, nulffiya excellent service and always smiling and greetings.

I was subjected to a monument from the process of booking the room I was given a room not displayed on the site and the payment was double

First I need to thank the manager for sorting our booking, we arrived at the hotel to find that we had booked an apartment and not a hotel, Agoda misleading the customers without proper information, if you are going to book Ezdan hotel, make sure to call them and check the room type, if it's in the hotel or Apartment. For sure do not book the Executive Studio its only an apartment, you will not get the hotel services (no amenities, Etc...) (1,2,3 Tower) and is not part of the hotel (tower 4).

The out appearance of the hotel was a bit shabby, the lobby area was nice, with a rude Asian front desk agent, but the polite manager was nice to upgrade us to the hotel from the apartment, our booking was then handled by a very polite African agent.

Room was good, but it had a split bath room, the shower was on one side and the toilet on the other side. The room was big. Bed was comfortable with a sitting area.

Why did I give three stars, for two reasons?

One: we called room service and the waiter that delivered, handed the tray with two plates to my wife at the door, she was holding my two year old son that was trying to run out side.



Big swimming pool, play area for kids, supermarket, basketball court, mini football court and gym. A lot of restaurants around the hotel and on the 4th floor.

Just adding this "if you are using Agoda to book your hotel, be very very careful"

great staff i stayed for short trip my company send me here in qatar , i would like to thank, The reception in tower 1 who check in me jocilyn and Maryjoy last week. theyre very nice always smilling and the bellboy tusar who assisted me and explained the facilities in the 4th floor, thumps up for the service.

Pathetic! For more than an hour have been locked out of my room. Crappy reception response. Not recommended at all!

Draines are clogged, A/C doesn't cover all rooms, apartment design was horrible, windows are dirty as hell, bad lighting and generally not worth the price.
The pool had too much chlorine in it and the service there was slow and most workers can't deal with rush hours.
Additionally the floor and tables were greasy and to top it all up the couches were filthy.

Never going back there ever again.

Staying in ezdan hotel with nice facilities with good staff like dhan the bellman ,zakiz, bellman and rechel from the reception.Giving a good service to me.

It does the job of staying in Doha in prime location. Its close to all major ammenities and walkable distance to everywhere.

I went to Ezdan for leisure and pool is great! Staff are nice and very good! Reception staff from tower2 ms.tosy Mr marwin..Ms hazel fo r warm greetings,engineering Jorge and jerome.,.I met also public area Ms nulffiya in the 4th floor and very accommodating and smiling and assisting direction

Room is normal ok. Facilities are good but closing the swimming pool for maintenance in the beginning of the summer is ridiculous. Room service gets 1 order right out of 5 it's unacceptable. Insisting and making it clear while putting the order makes no difference.

Not the most inviting of hotels. There was horrible fluorescent lighting in the rooms, the hallways were dark and the bathrooms were that of a two star hotel.

Features are a little bit oldish but good. Reception demanded marriage certificate for couples!!!! It was too shocking .

Ezdan Hotel is a great place to stay when it comes to hospitality, Facilities and Location, this hotel offers the best of service both management and staff, they always responds anytime you call for assistance , I have stayed in this hotel for almost a year now and to be honest i never for once regretted choosing ezdan hotel and would like to show my appreciation to those staffs whom has contributed a lot in making my stay comfortable , (Mr Kizito) very friendly and also speaks good Arabic , (Ms Rechel), (Ms Rosy) and ( Mr Solomon and Mr patrick) you guys are great Thanks a lot for your service

Star Hotel with Swimming pool, Sutaible for Economical business traveller's

Great Swimming pool, excellent restaurant with a good variety of food, wide and clean rooms, free WiFi, very strong AC and very good hospitality.

Bad drainage system in bathrooms (always wet floor ), no specified slippers and not even a small carbet in front of bathroom.
Bad smell in corridors "pesticides"

Beautiful place and services are nice, but the prices are overrated

I stayed here for 8 months and my stay here was so great. They will treat you as a king and I am very satisfied. Special mention to receptionist in tower 2 Louie Rechel and rosy. Also bellman Patrick. Thank you so much

Worst experience - room smells Indian food all the time. The room was like a kitchen. Asked twice to change the room without reply.
Furniture is old and bathroom tiles and washers are dirty.
Don t live in Ezdan unless you have to.

Good hotel with Amenities, Our initial experience was not pleasant due to communication breakdown. Things were sorted later. We are still staying at the hotel and finding the experience as good. Will review again regarding whole of stay at Ezdan

Al thuraya is one of the most amazing restursnts in Qatar.

Outdated, rubbish and overpriced.. Find somewhere else if you can.

Great Hotel in Westbay loads of enmities around the hotel

Old looking rooms, small bathrooms, but large swimming pool and gym with sauna. Easy access to city area. Got grocery store as well in the building.

An old tired hotel, quite a few cases of bed bugs, it could be excellent if some money was invested in housekeeping & renovation

The location of the hotel is close to the mall and easy for taxis to find, so that is good. The staff are friendly and accommodating as well. Nulffiya, Margate, Rocellyn, Jorge. It was excellent and enjoyable stay will definitely come back again. Cleanliness and good amenities.

Very poor service, no cooperate or help from reception and they doing the racism even after you book something they change and tell it's not available now .. it's like apartment but arrange not a hotel .. I'm not advice to visit this poor service place specially the staff very un friendly

Good. parking is free but confusing. Need to know the entrance to your own tower and floor . Use the same elevator.

Staying here makes me feel good. The room were spacious. The pool is big. We have fun. Staff were helpful. Kharine, Ramil, for quick help. Nulffiya, Rocellyn were very friendly. You can easily get taxi. Because the place is accessible. Were very comfortable here. We will surely come back.

Very poor services, smoking is not strictly prohibited!!
The internet speed is 1 Mbs and 3 Mbs when you pay!!
