Bad service, some rooms ok, but also rooms who will not get 1 star....

Great food, welcoming environment. The only downside is the lack of bathrooms

This review is for the massage center not the gym or the hotel itself.
I purchased a qgrabs voucher for a 1.5 hour message. I had a male masseur named Paul. It was supposed to be a deep tissue massage. The guy was terrible, he did not put any effort to reach down to my pain area, he was barely doing anything worthy or that should make me feel comfortable. It was a complete waste of time an money.
I had a massage last week in Malaysia on the hands of a lady which far much better and at half the price.
Not recommended.

The staff are geez and friendly and definately if you have a second choice this hotel is added bad and smells foul I think excellent for Indians and Filipinos either Gulf

: Ezdan Hotel:

It consists of 4 huge towers connected to each other, and you can log in from any tower.
0 Towers number: 1-2-3 are apartments only, while the tower
Number 4 has rooms only.
It is considered the largest in Qatar, it contains 3000 thousand rooms, and the room numbers are arranged in a strange organization, which causes difficulty in knowing your room.
0 Close to Souq Waqif by car, 5 minutes and close to the Corniche.
0 The corridors are dark and have a strange smell.
0 The rooms are very basic, the furniture is worn and the lobby is great.
You can find all the hotel facilities on the fourth floor and the swimming pool is beautiful, and the hotel facilities are many, such as a children's club, an integrated health club, and football fields.
0 When booking, you cannot choose any tower to live in, but they give you according to availability.
0 The price of the hotel is adequate, and I could not live in it because its standard is less than normal.

Good location, not too expensive compared to its surrounding hotels, and good views

Executive studio. Not great. Room tired and needs upgrading. Shower room is small, cramped and poorly finished. Not entirely unclean but doesnt give the impression that it is thoroughly clean either. Nasty smell from drain. Washing machine but no dryer.

The rooms have a poor and uncomfortable decoration.

The steps in the fire stairs are not equal and if you not pay attention where you put your feet you will fall and in the case of a fire in the middle of panic people will fall for sure.

I like staying in Ezdan it's a decent place to stay in for long periods. I like it because its in the city center every thing is too close.
i like the staff too they are too friendly.

I spend few days vacation with my collegues. The staffs are very accommodating. Rosy, Marj, hazel, Patrick. Response quick enginering Jorge, Xavier. The welcome greeter nulffiya always smiling. Hope every staff in every business are like this.

We always come back here with my friends. I like the place. It's ambience. Hotel is great. Staff were nice. Nulffiya, Margate, rocellyn. It's near malls. U can easily get taxi. The gym is nice. Fully equipped. Sotera and Sheila we're very helpful.The rooms also good to stay. Happy to come back here. Thanks to joel also for fast job.

Big swimming pool for adults and they have also small for little children. Gym. Restaurant. Grocery.

I visit in Ezdan hotel for 2 days in my holiday weekend it was excellent moment for me because it s a nice hotel and staff are great and helpful.swimming pool is very big and and enjoyable place and super market game zone and fitness center are really excellent.i like to say thanks to ms joyce mr tushar mr nuzrul Bellman mr maruf mr din housekeeping service the are assisting me very well all the time they keep on asked for help.

Having good experience in ezdan hotel. I will recommend if anyone coming to visit Doha it is best place to stay.Taking care was very good. Specially two guys help me a lot.

Lived here for more than 3 months. Not the best apartment suites in the city. Nice swimming pool.

Very good credit to this hotel for its amazing facilities, service and room , I spent a night with my family during the Eid holiday and honestly it worth staying me and my family enjoyed the facilities specially the pool it was great and staff in the are very friendly and welcoming special thanks to mr Kizito from the bellman who assisted me with my luggage and mr marwin from the reception very helpful

It is recommended to book rooms on the first floors

It may be a confusing assessment, but I believe that in the end it will not be.

The Hotel (complex of 4 towers) Ezdan is located in West Bay, next to a subway station, making it easy to get around the city of Doha.

The Hotel is made up of a giant complex of 4 towers, I don't know how many rooms they have in total, but considering the tower I stayed in and we had 34 floors, I believe in the range of rooms in all or more. However, let's get down to business!

As soon as I made my hotel reservation, I contacted the hotel to inquire about the possibility of performing an Early Checkin, as my flight would arrive at 5AM in Doha. This person who attended me via the reservation site remained unyielding, ok, this is something that has no way to do much, even knowing the availability of rooms, it was offered to me that from 12PM I could perform the free checkin , subject to the availability of a room in my category.

I arrived at the hotel and then we have the first obstacle, the attendant insisted that I had not paid the reservation, even though I confirmed the same with the payment e-mail in English, soon after becoming aware of the case, a colleague from the work instructed him to open it this page and there was my confirmed payment, all right, let's go to the room, or better, it was better not to have gone!

We stayed at Tower 2 on the 9th floor. Upon entering my room, my only reaction was, "Really? I do not believe". The smell of nicotine in the room was unbelievable, it seemed that smokers had frequented it for years, even with the presence of the smoke sensor. The smell stayed in the room practically every day, or it came through the ventilation duct or had no explanation, I had to buy a scent to soften the environment.

Another thankless surprise was the bathroom. Under no circumstances should a hotel that is considered or considered 4 stars have a bathroom of the quality that I had in my room. With each bath, I transformed my bathroom into a city of Venice, it was impossible not to flood, due to the ridiculous size of the shower (or prototype shower) and the curtain that was loose.

Is there anything worse than that? Yes. If a leak formed in the bathroom ceiling during the entire stay, if I didn't leave the curtain closed and into the shower, the bathroom would flood in the same way.

The bed was of a good quality, but the mattress needs to be changed, it is already worn to the point of feeling its springs in certain regions that I lay on.

Positive points of the hotel: Market with excellent prices on the 4th floor and good opening hours (usually until 1 am), gym and several bars, also on the fourth floor.

The hotel is in urgent need of a renovation, as its state is currently unfortunate due to what is called a 4 star. As good as the location is, close to a subway, I do not recommend it in any way. Paying a price for not even the basics is a little tricky.

The hotel rooms are clean and well-kept. The Fitness Center and swimming pool are awesome. It has a nice ambiance. The bell boy Raashid was very helpful. He was very professional and knew when to talk and when to take his leave.

Nice place just they should put smart tv in the rooms

It sucks ya know cleaner men don't do anything to clean they just moap the floor and don't pick up clothes or things on the floor and they don't tidy the room

Nice place to stay at espacially if you have little ones. Has a lovely pool for grown ups and another for kids, a play area, gym and court. Perfect place to visit for a family day.
