I would like to say big time thank you for the excellent service from front office Mar win who did will and Mr. KENAWY who was very helpful on my request about cleaning service. Amjath and Tarouka from housekeeping who were so good in cleaning my room.Last but not the least is shake from Reception she did very well and helpfu.thank you ezdan and I will recommend your hotel to my friends.
