Ezdan Hotels West Bay Review

Good place for monthly rental, however not all the rooms are same. Block D is the newst but has comparatively small rooms.

Nice place. Right in the middle of the city. The kids area and swimming pool are excellent. Food in the restaurant are amazing.

One of the best hotel in Doha. I really enjoyed my stay here because of Nice and affordable rooms. I believe The swimming pool, gym, and restaurant was the best here in Doha. The Asset of this Hotel is their staffs who always greet you with a good smile and they are very helpful every time. I would like to commend some Staffs I encountered during my stay.
Mr. Nader, Joyce and Jocelyn at the reception. Patrick, Zakiz, Tusar and kizito the bellman s.
Harshana. And Ms. Nissegen at the restaurant. I will surely come back to this hotel. Thank you.

I stayed in a regular room for a month which was honestly the worst stay I ever experienced in a hotel. The location is good but everything else is simply poor. I complained every night since my neighbors were noisy but no action was taken. To add to that, the room walls aren t real walls so u can hear everything going on in your neighbors room. Very Poor experience wouldn t recommend for anyone to stay there.

Great Hotel Friendly Staff

Wow! We stayed here for the last few days of our holiday and the experience was amazing. The room was clean &Tidy. The staff were very courteous and helpful.
We would like to specially thanksZakiz,Noujish,Dhan,Mahrouf,touhidol.who was extremely welcoming with a great guest manner. Similarly the staff at breakfast namely Harshana were stand out performers.

Nice location and good pool but the rooms are not well maintained so they dont seem to be worth paying for.

It has good facilities. Swimming pool, fitness center, sauna, basketball and football courts are really good for a hotel. But the rooms are a let down. No power sockets, rickety beds, non closing cupboards due to safety box being longer than the cupboards. This walls here, u can hear things happening in the neighbouring rooms!!! If you are staying here for a long time then you will feel the need for more dining options. Especially if you are a vegetarian!

Good location. Pool and gym access. Cleaning occurs twice per week

Too dirty and noisy. Looks great on the outside but the rooms are run down. Location is close to all businesses in West Bay. Many cafes and restaurants around.

The place were awesome. Accessible to all. Near in hiway. Restaurant, supermarket are near. Pool was good and clean also the gym. The staff are very hospitable and responsive. Nulffiya always smiling and helpful. Kharine, shake, rosy. Jorge, Joel were fast. Suggesting this hotel to everyone.

Service worse than this is not possible. Extremely uncomfortable beds and unhelpful staff. Even the intention to improve the service doesnt seem to exist. It's a shame how this huge facility with such great potential is being managed.

This is how they show you the rooms to choose which one you're going to rent and explain to you that they are going to clean for you this is just for "show off" and for the manager as well this is normal procedure because they can not keep all the rooms clean.

Mr. Dhan, Sunil, Marijay, Richal, Jakiz and Joyes are great help at Ezdan. Very nice behaviour. Warm welcoming that you recieve.

Ezdan tower 1 needs a real good clean and upgrade. I don t know how this hotel is classed as 4 Star.
Rooms that smell of smoke even when you ask for smoke free, bed bugs, blocked toilets, dirty toilets with urine from past guests and the odd occasional cockroach. For what you pay you can find better in the area.
The only good thing about this hotel is the women s only gym that has a room with weights to do your workout.

I spent 18 months at tower1 , this hotel is great for petmanent living in room with great services and full support of professional team. I respect Ezdan phylosophy of services. Spent 5 years since I came to Qatar at Ezdan hotel & villages.

Make sure you get your deposit money before you leave. I was about to be ripped off

Everything about this place has been perfect. The room is top score, the staff will go out of their way to help you, the selection of food and drinks by the pool is nothing short of perfect. Would I come here again? Definitely! There are much more expensive hotels near by but I can't see how try would be any better than this!

Overall very good hotel. Only wifi is not very good.

I like the place. Because of the amenities here. The ambience, clean and nice staff. Nulffiya is good. Jorge and joel were easily responsed. The food is delicious. The place near in city. Love to visit again.

A good place with no bass, swimming pool with a bar and good services for families

I have been staying here since the end of July.
It is a nice hotel in the heart of Doha.
Everything you need is around you. The best thing about it is the fourth floor. I ve never seen anything similar any where.

I rarely give 5/5 for a location. I was working once upon a time as a hotel technician in a 5 star hotel, therefore i have some things on my mind, despite of my actual work position now, but that one is Fine. The staff is really friendly, the internal athmosphere is really fine, considering and respecting the local traditions, it was a nice stay there! There is a swimming pool, the room services were with no remarks, so i really evaluate and thank to these peeps( neat and tidy bed every day, cleaned room, cleaned and shiny bathroom). Guys i really have no remarks to the service!!! WOW! There are some internal resturants and cafeterias with also really friendly people down there and the cuisine has a lot to offer and the services are fast! In order if You like to stay for a cheap @ Doha - its a nice place to!!! But also a good location!

I stay here for a short day but i find the place very nice. The room had a good view. Having s restaurant in the hotel was good. Staff were always helpful for the directions Nulffiya, Margate, Rocellyn. Nice people in the gym Sheila, Sotera. Quick response for the engineering staff Jorge, Ramil, Joel. Everything is fine here. There is nothing that i do not like here.

A ratio qalite / price not at all acceptable. I stayed in the tower with caffards, an alarm that stops this night and a bathroom falling into ruin.

The fact that the pool and entertainment areas are located at the 4th floor is amazing.

it is ok but staff seem to be exhausted with so many people in the towers. Very few staff in comparison to the size of the place.

Forget it .... too expensive for such low quality facilities. Absolutely traditional and familiar .... if you are thinking in long stay don't expect that much due to is not worthy for the price you'll pay.

Bad hotel. old furniture . The televisions are as old as if you were sitting in Ezbet

Nice place to stay in center of West Bay. Has restaurants and Coffee shops near by and all facilities a 5 star could have.

Pros very calm and quite room.<br/>Cons.. more of residential apartments . perhaps 4star in size but it ends at that. <br/>It took like 3 hours at check in. Windows havent been cleaned in ages.Staff is unprofessional to say the least. Decor is bad if any, doors and fittings are really old. Tiling in my room was terrible, water stagnated in bath. Room design is unrealistic with large area as kitchenette. Spa . gym are far away from tower 1.<br/> I had rather stayed at airport lounge.

Very nice place for the new arrivals to work in Doha

This hotel is huge where you might be confused when you are a firstimer like me. I arrived in tower 2 and my room was in tower 4 luckily this bellman who assisted me is very polite. His name is Phan. He is so helpful. He explain me about the facilities in 4th floor. Which is much appreciated. Same as the receptionist who did my check in he is so friendly you will see the warm welcoming smile from him. His name is Louie. It was a long trip and tiring but if you will be surrounded by this people whos working in ezdan. You will never felt that you are tired. Location wise. Its so close to every store stablishment that you need to go. Swimming pool is huge. Service is superb. Im really glad that i choose this hotel to stay in.

Good, a lot of things at the hotel, not the wealth already old hotel, broken furniture, all the attributes of the old hotel.

i stayed only for 2 nights in Ezdan with my friends and family for the celebration of eid and it was amazing i loved the hospitality of the staff very welcoming and polite. the pool and gym was amazing its really busy but the lifeguards are always available when you need them rick pool supervisor very helpful and ready to assist. the pool and gym reception sotera and ellen are always smiling and friendly. definitely i will come back and highly recommend.

The worst experience you can imagine.. zaheer assistant front office as he mentioned he is not professional at all and is useless .. not only that hotel has procedure against low .. most recommend to not stay there

Esdan is located in the city which is more convenient. I really love staying here specially with very nice staff in front desk tusar kizito salem jocelyn joyce hazel and nader the manager. And gym attendant mohamed ali they make my stay enjoyable
