This business should really consider alternatives on how to keep their clients instead of losing them.
I purchased prescription glasses on Aug of 2016 and the manager stated if I were to "break" my glasses in anyway that they would be replaced.
My glasses came with a defect that my glasses fell off of my face. The temples which is the part that connects to the glasses and wraps around you ears just fell off. Not the screw but what ever glue is used to keep that part in just gave out. I didn't care too much so I just glued it back, not even 2 weeks later the other falls off.
I enter the store yesterday and they tell me no we can't do anything about it. That I must have done the damage myself.

Before any of this I call to ask a question regarding glasses and which ever person answer was very disrespectful and decided it would be a better decision to hang up the phone.

Management you must really consider a lot less talking and instead give your employees a class on customs and courtesies as it applies to customer care.

I would much rather spend more money and go to Lens Crafters then to return. One star is being generous.
