What happened to this location? The staff was nice but now mean and everything here of the prices increased.

(5/7/19 visit) If you like your service with attitude, laziness, and women in their 50s (Patricia) popping gum like a child with no manners as she rings you up at the customer service counter ... then this is the store for you. This store is a mess. They move so slooooow. The store was empty, 2 lanes were open, and then Patricia at the customer service counter ... Maybe "playing" manager? The cashier on the last register was loudly yapping in the clothing section, and came back to ring someone up after Patricia fiiiinally called her. Patricia is the eldest ... The leader of the cashiers ... looks like she needs to be a more mature leader to keep the young ladies motivated and dare I say professional. No wonder that place always looks like it's on the verge of going out of business. I dont go there often, but it was the same vibe about a year ago with different people. Check on your folks Kmart corporate.

Couldn't find a soul to help us but good deals. The only reason this place gets any stars from me is the cheap deals on clothes etc.

This Kmart is always under staff and unorganized. I always dread going to this store. I will always go somewhere else if I can.

EDITED: Visited location since review!!! Not all employees are bad, many are in fact friendly and helpful. That said my review below will stay the same. Only went there to return the items from the original review.

Well I only use this place to do pick ups for orders from Sears. Pretty sure I m done ordering from Sears now.

This store is a complete joke. But not a funny HA HA JOKE it s one of those terrible jokes that makes you want to flip a pop cooler over. The thing is I don t think they d miss it. The quality of humanity is disturbing within those walls. Ultra Rude staff at the customer service desk, shelves empty in store, dirty environment as well as terrible selection.

Went to find a bird feeder and a hose nozzle while waiting for the staff member to locate my item. They didn t carry either item, and it took them over 40 minutes to locate my online order item from the pickup location. That guy was nice but super unprofessional. I ve been to Dollar stores that have more items and better deals.

To be 100 about the place, it makes sense why they are in such decline. The crazy thing is how this place is still open and the Sears closed.

Avoid at all cost! Over Priced items with a lazy employee with an attitude.

Literally the worst lines ALWAYS.... no one is ever in a hurry and returns are worse!!

Looks like they are going out of business. It looked like a ghost town. Pretty empty in their.

Due to many locations closing, selections are limited. Staff is very helpful except those who try to ring up the "Lease it" program.

Staff is very rude here and very distasteful. No wounder the parking lot is always empty

Registers were busy with Christmas shoppers but cleared out quickly & only 1 person in each line right now at 5:30 on a Saturday night. Cashiers still smiling :)

I love kmart however this store is the worst, they always have 1 aisle open, its always a line, the registers are always down and the workers are very rude and slow paced

Even this close to Christmas, I found great deals on ladies' boots (Buy 1, get 1 for $1) and kid's pajamas (BOGO). Friendly sales associates too!

K mart it's just not what it used to be as when I was a kid. I felt prices were higher than most places. It was a clean store and easy to find things, which is nice. But just didn't find nothing I wanted or needed.

Went to pick up a pair of shoes that I saw online ,as this was the only store in the area that carries them. Sales associates were great Great customer service.

Always long lines, things are unorganized. Prices are great though.

I have loved this store ever since I moved to this state in 1985!

Grew up with KMart. Always have what I want. Love it.

Everything is alright but you can always plan on waiting a really long time in line because they only have 1 to 2 cashiers open & the 3 or 4 ladies just standing behind customer service 98% of the time will not help & check anyone out, so we ALL just wait & wait & wait! Besides that it's a good store. This is for real to!

I had a terrible experience here will not be back thats for sure... I put a layaway in here was told l could make a partial payment on it. I did because l didnt have the entire amout in cash. l needed to make half cash & half debit the SALES ASSOCIATE told me l could make a partial payment it will be fine.. l ASKED HER agian WAS SHE SURE she said YES. Well l go to pick it up 7 days later im told it's put back.. And the associate thought it was funny... Then the store manager would not refund my total amout payed she then tried to take the receipt before l could take a pictures of it because l told her l would be calling CORPORATE. And l will 9am sharp... The associates at this store are TERRIBLE unfriendly, slow and bad attitudes. Always a long wait to get checked out... lm only giving a 1star because its no 0 available.. And lm SUPPOSE TO BE A VALUED CUSTOMER thats a joke.. lve been in GUEST SERVICE 16YRS and never have l witnessed or treated a patron in this matter...

I was going to buy a trampoline but could not get anyone to help, I went to Walmart

This Kmart has the worst customer service I have ever received in my life!

Very unorganized, rude staff members. Never going back to this location.

Needs to stock their shelves more. Barely any inventory ever and the little line for check out are always long and most of the time they only have two cashiers.

There's a reason why they are going out of business, terrible customer service accompanied with a lack of comprehension of the importance to modernize. The manager is rude as hell, and her underlings follow along like good sheep! G'luck keeping customers like that! Completely unacceptable...

Pharmacy closed down and prescriptions automatically sent to CVS! Customers were not properly notiffied.

One of the few left I love shopping there. Clean and pleasant employees

Didn't have items in the correct spot to coordinate with the prices.

The worst Kmart! A bunch of idotit work there, with nasty attitudes. Never anybody to assist in none of the department. 10 dequindre in hazel park don't go there!!

Store closing. 40-60% off. The only other Kmarts that are left open are Waterford and Belleville. I'm not sure about Belleville, if it will be closing. Kmart is a thing of the past, like Kresge, Jupiter, Woolworth, maybe they should have followed Montgomery Wards and took their footprint to complete online sales. Never intiated the credit card, created different types of Kmart stores, such as Todays Kmart, Big Kmart, Green Kmart, and Super Kmart, and changed the way lay-a-way worked. All decisions that lead to it's demise. Sad when Management makes decisions that have a lasting effect that can't be undone.

Awful service at register. Very very slow. Store is dirty and not organized.

One of the last ones around. Products are very limited and store looks thinned out, very scarce. Only a matter of time when this one is gone. So strange and sad that this chain is going away. It was nice competition, but now where is it?

Found the items we were looking for. Low on one of the items choices. Close to home, employees are friendly & willing to help. Some go above & beyond to help.

I had lost prevention follow me the whole time I was in the store. What made me a suspected shop lifter? Because I was black? Because I arrived in a $50,000 truck? Because I had on a hat? WHAT???????

I love the prices. The baby clothes are cute, affordable and durable. I also loved the Christmas stuff every year. I miss having a store in my area.

I had to get tennis shoes and the sales where on everything else...

One of my most favorite store, last time I bought kids clothes and shoes too, which was really good.

Super slow customers services wait 2 hours pick up online order still couldn't find product.

I am very dissatisfied . Got a new Kenmore cordless vacuum. For christmas Tryed it Christmas morning. Wanted to return it. Next day Because very dissatisfied. It worked like kids toy. Wouldn't pick anything up. They would not return or give me a store in credit. So I just left it there. At the customer service desk. Merry Christmas. K-mart You just stole $60.00 from this customer. Won't shop there again.

On a good day w/15 customers in the whole store, they will only have 2 checkouts open. Very hard to find a anyone that works there to ask for help.

Shopping selection is limited, a bit pricey seeing as they are shutting a lot down

What a mess so under staffed two lines open angry customers blahhh ..could not find my entire online order and I'm just so upset about it they need to have a special department for online orders or something

This store is under-stocked, and unkempt. Merchandise is old, some is covered in dust. It is not hard to find expired food in the grocery aisle. The check out lines are badly under-staffed, and take an outrageously long time. Sometimes they will open the customer returns area if lines are really long, but if line is short (and still ridiculously long wait) then you brace yourself for a whole lunch-hour wait in line.

If you don't mind waiting atleast a half hour to check out while the cashiers slowly walk around the store trying to figure out the prices of the merchandise you want to purchase, then maybe it's not so bad. 3 times in a row we have waited a minimum of 30 minutes to check out. Its completely unacceptable.. But what do expect when they never have more than 2 cashiers working..

I go to this Kmart so many times and I would have to say the wait you have to wait to check out is ridiculous. Today, I went to pick up my online order and the lady at the register could only find one of my order. She went to the back for 10 min, came back, and still couldn t find my order. I told her to just check me out and I went to the customer service. There was 3 people ahead of me when I went to customer service and only 1 person working. The lady at the customer service was able to find my order but it was ridiculous how long it took me to pick up my online order and the amount of time it took me to get out the store. Also one of my items was cancelled on my online order and I was never notified until I went and check my online order.

Thankful for Kmart! Associates are very kind and prices are good.

Terrible, lines r always long.u put things in Layaway,they can b taken by workers,it happened too me,around Christmas time!They need new cash registers.

The last literally of a dying brand. Clinging to life. Kmart used to be great. Store is 40 years outdated & dirty, prices are high, & the lines are long. One cashier, really. Their points system is designed to lure you back into this gloomy store & spend more than what you would have elsewhere. LOL lucky for me I know their tricks & how to pay almost nothing for their products which are essentially what they're worth!

The store is a little dirty and the store not fully stock when I was in there they had only one casher on duty and about 20 people waiting to check out it took me about 30 minutes to check out
