Have now needed the first time a customer service and already as in the consultation at that time in the exhibition on site and the purchase, I was again very satisfied. Great advice, quick contact, fast processing, technicians came and fixed the problem immediately So everything about 1 week. For another 12 years.

I had been explained that you have a job related manufacturing u. minute with 2 week waiting time must count.
Well, it was not cheap!
But otherwise very polite nice and accommodating.
I got 10% discount.
As long as it was only the hood.
Otherwise just open windows.
You like to cook well cooked food.

Absolutely poor service and insufficient product quality. The hood was already poor after assembly. Defective light, switching via remote control no longer possible. 6 weeks we waited for the repair to find out that the hood can not be switched on or off again. Never again GUTMANN hoods!

First of all, the positive things about Gutmann's ...

First of all, the positive things about Gutmann's products, they look really good. How the company deals with complaints is unfortunately not premium!
On June 25th, 2020 we purchased a hob from Gutmann through XXXL Lutz, which shows E5 on 3 of 5 fields after cooking twice. We complained about this to XXXL Lutz on June 29th, 2020, stating that the hob is new. After waiting 3 weeks, we called Gutmann to find out when the hob would be repaired. During the phone call, I was told that XXXL Lutz only reported the error on July 16, 2020. The company XXXL Lutz says that they reported the error on June 30th, 2020. So far so good you could think, but far from it, Gutmann has not even managed to offer or coordinate an appointment for the rework!
Yesterday I called to find out when there will finally be a repair no information no callback!
Called again today at 9:00 am and spoke to Ms. ..... no callback so far, no information.
The only thing I keep hearing is that I should understand the Corona circumstances!
The company Fricke, which works as a subcontractor for the company Gutmann, has had the spare parts since July 27th, 2020 (statement by the company Gutmann) but cannot call us to make an appointment!
Unfortunately, this is not a good sign when so much breaks at Gutmann that the subcontractor (Fricke company) is unable to come after to repair the equipment.
To be clear, I think it's unbelievable that you have to wait 5 weeks for an appointment and that with a PREMIUM manufacturer!
I hope that somebody will take care of our cooking equipment now. So far we have the impression that Gutmann doesn't care.
Today, August 14th, 2020 the hob is still defective and no appointment for customer service in sight. But something has changed, the Fricke company is not responsible for us, as we are based in Schleswig-Holstein (but that was known from the start), it is the Roth company that repairs the Gutmann hob. We got the spare parts to our home on August 10th, 2020, that worked before.
Until today (September 1st, 2020) nobody has contacted us to make an appointment. All deadlines that were generously set by us have passed fruitlessly and now we do not want any more repairs. The XXL Lutz company has now ordered a new hob from you. I hope you deliver this immediately so that the disaster finally comes to an end and we can write something positive in this way.
After 4 months it finally worked, we got a new hob. It's a shame that everything took so long.

I had a KD case 2 months ago.
The waiting time was about 2 weeks.
I was told that it was a production order.
Despite everything, all calls and conversations were very plausible and always very polite on both sides.
Customer service was very expensive at over 400, but I was accommodated somewhat.
Since my hood is a bit older, u. I just can't part with it, I put up with this.
I am satisfied with Summa Summarum.

Unfortunately, I have to join the negative reviews in terms of service. For over a week, I'm waiting for a response regarding malfunction control steam extraction and it has taken to no one today my concerns. Luckily I do not have a broken stove or the like from this company !!

I beg your pardon? A technician was with us? NIEMAND has been with us until today and no technician has contacted us since! The case is now open since 23.10.2019 and the hood is still defective! But they find this period probably appropriate!

"Exclusive" is only the lousy customer orientation! Gutmann is good as long as the device looks and works well. But woe to anyone who has a technical problem: there is simply no response to inquiries for months! On the phone, reference is made to the online service form and after this has been filled in, the customer is simply ignored. Our Abajo downdraft ventilator has had a defective flap for over half a year, and the touch control panels of the device meanwhile react just as little as the "Gutmann Service Team". I can only advise everyone: stay away from Gutmann and when buying a downdraft ventilator make sure that the manufacturer also has an efficient service network.

I'm really surprised why the brand is praised so much.
Gutmann Llana (NP 3000 ) 3 times reclaimed, sometimes broken light, sometimes button broken.
Now to get the new kitchen (19000 ), a new Gutmann hood although the old one was better. There was a broken button after 2 weeks, was the service after three times call repaired but was broken after 2 days a lamp . Sucking does not do it properly either. (Not my girlfriend)
In my opinion, unjustified prices, but if you look at the auto industry are the premium brands synonymous only in the workshop.

Gutmann's service processes do not work. First you call the hotline and wait over twenty minutes. There you are referred to the fact that orders are only accepted via the online form. After filling in, you will not receive any feedback that the request has been received. After that nothing happens. Only after a telephone inquiry is it declared that an offer will soon be sent by email. Nothing happens after the assignment. After a query, it is declared that the spare parts will be sent and then an agreement will be made for the service appointment. After three follow-ups, the technician calls whether he can spontaneously come over for repairs. He had all the parts with him. The control unit can be replaced quickly. I decided to have the invoice sent to me online. The email did not arrive two days after the repair. With so much inefficiency, it's no wonder that repair costs are anything but cheap. I cannot recommend Gutmann after this odyssey.

02/22/2019, 14:50 h: UPDATE: Not 10 minutes after I left a negative statement on Gutmann's Facebook page, I suddenly got a call from Mr. Frank M. (allegedly responsible sales representative), who talked about it with me about it wanted to entertain. That was fast !!! After I blocked it, he was goofy and threatened to contact me on Facebook, block my Facebook page, etc. and delete my comment (which he did) and talked about slander. It only confirms my intention to no longer have any contact with Gutmann. Incredible.

I can only confirm you in your post.

The customer service can not be outbid in incompetence. I would like to describe the following facts:

In November 2018, a Gutmann hood Fonda was acquired from the company Marquardt. This was then installed in February 2019 in the kitchen. Already in February, the company Gutmann was informed that the hood is defective. From that point on, the dilemma started. The customer service is impossible to achieve.
After all attempts repair dates could be arranged:

1. The first appointment was canceled the day before because the technician had a gastrointestinal infection.

2. The second appointment was not canceled. However, no technician appeared. Futile waiting including a day given away overtime.

3. The third appointment was held. However, the problem could not be verified.

4. The fourth appointment, like the third one, was not performed. This one was not canceled. Again futile waiting including wasted overtime.

5. The fifth appointment was held. However, again the problem could not be identified.

6. Before the last appointment, the replacement of the entire hood was required. The technician appeared, the problem was solved by the entire exchange.

The company Marquardt was repeatedly informed about the entire course. They were amazed by the actions of the company Gutmann and held a conversation with the representative.

Various employees of the company Gutmann were informed about this incident. It took about 2.5 months for the repair. All phone calls were made, Person A did not know what Person B discussed or did not want to understand. Various cases of illness have been advanced;
- A headache
- Gastrointestinal
- Etc.

Or potential contacts were always in meetings.

Due to these problems, we will not buy another device from Gutmann in the future and invest our money, our time and our nerves in products of other companies.

Hood was broken according to GUTMANN, possibly control.
400 , without fitter. I was persistent. After about 3 weeks everything was done to my satisfaction. Technician Hr. Radici was very nice. If you want to drive a Porsche you also have to reckon with the costs someday. Keep it up. Kiss. Your Sarah.

The Mesa downdraft fan is the worst fan I've seen in the kitchen in 25 years. An absolute bad design and already defective after three years. The grease filters have a magnetic attachment that comes off constantly. If you cook on the hob and something boils over, everything flows sideways into the hob fan and the dirt is extremely difficult to clean. It is easy to tear your fingers open here. The cover flaps, which can be opened by remote control, are extremely difficult to adjust and constantly adjust themselves so that they get stuck when closing. Using the product is really no fun at all. Gutmann himself is unfortunately not very accommodating and would like to have repair costs of 1000 for the repair of the servomotors for the fan flaps. For a servomotor! I can only say stay away from the Gutmann brand. It has nothing to do with exclusive, only with exclusive costs. After three years, we would rather throw the product away and install another one in our kitchen than continue to be annoyed about the inferior quality.

Now it is time again that the filter loses metal particles and needs to be replaced. But the FA Gutmann came a devastating message that the part is no longer built and therefore no longer available. I can not throw away a functioning hood just because the filter has to be replaced. Therefore never an expensive Gutmann hood.

I can not understand the positive reviews Gutmann. I have been waiting for over a year now for the defective glass cover of my Capa 2 to be replaced. Somehow one does not agree who is responsible since Gutmann was taken over. My mails to Gutmann directly were ignored for months.
I am very disappointed and would recommend to avoid products of this company.

Nothing has happened to date. I even called again 2 weeks ago, promised again that someone would answer by phone, again nothing happened. Catastrophic service! Expensive cooktop hood after a few weeks broken. Loud like a jet! Reported in writing immediately, no reply for days, unfriendly employees. Checked back, photos were requested, swiftly promised to take care of it, then spare parts were ordered after remote diagnosis. Again for days nothing heard and after someone finally reached by phone, an appointment in 9 days will be communicated when we are on vacation. At the request but still within a week to make an appointment, get a foggy response !!
