Gutmann's service processes do not work. First you call the hotline and wait over twenty minutes. There you are referred to the fact that orders are only accepted via the online form. After filling in, you will not receive any feedback that the request has been received. After that nothing happens. Only after a telephone inquiry is it declared that an offer will soon be sent by email. Nothing happens after the assignment. After a query, it is declared that the spare parts will be sent and then an agreement will be made for the service appointment. After three follow-ups, the technician calls whether he can spontaneously come over for repairs. He had all the parts with him. The control unit can be replaced quickly. I decided to have the invoice sent to me online. The email did not arrive two days after the repair. With so much inefficiency, it's no wonder that repair costs are anything but cheap. I cannot recommend Gutmann after this odyssey.
