I have the island hood, Luna. She is older but still very modern in design and works great. Every 7 years, the filter must be completely replaced. Is very expensive and costs about 300,00. Now it is time again that the filter loses metal particles and needs to be replaced. But the FA Gutmann came a devastating message that the part is no longer built and therefore no longer available. I can not throw away a functioning hood just because the filter has to be replaced. Therefore never an expensive Gutmann hood.
