Unfortunately, we are very disappointed with the customer service. On March 7th, 2018 we communicated our concern by email. We were promised that someone from customer service would contact us. Nothing has happened to date. I even called again 2 weeks ago, promised again that someone would answer by phone, again nothing happened. Next time I'll think about buying an expensive device from Gutmann. If I had read the reviews beforehand, I would not have bought the device. And yes, one star is too many .....
