Catastrophic service! Expensive cooktop hood after...

Catastrophic service! Expensive cooktop hood after a few weeks broken. Loud like a jet! Reported in writing immediately, no reply for days, unfriendly employees. Checked back, photos were requested, swiftly promised to take care of it, then spare parts were ordered after remote diagnosis. Again for days nothing heard and after someone finally reached by phone, an appointment in 9 days will be communicated when we are on vacation. At the request but still within a week to make an appointment, get a foggy response !!
For weeks now without a working hood. That is not how it works! Customer service is something else! Not recommendable!!
