A problem has been turned into a pleasant experience. I was contacted by Mr. Mihai (CEO Evomag) and I had a very civilized discussion. I was pleasantly impressed that Mihai handled the feedback on Google Maps. Even though I didn't buy Evomag in the end, I liked the fact that Mihai handles the feedback on Google Maps.
