I ordered some tensiometers, they were quite embarrassing ... they gave me 7 errors until they measured the voltage once and I sent them back. I completed the return form on 25.10.2017, on the same date I sent the products back and on 01.11.2017 I sent an email with my data, where to return my money, under the conditions in which it is still praised on the site as in maximum. 14 days back. Since then I am calling at no. for customer relations and no. call from the service and no one answers me, to see at least if they have accepted my return and when my money is transferred. They did not send me an email as they arrived or did not check the products. to see if my money back or not and obviously until now I have not been withheld my money. I am very disappointed and I advise you to look for another site, more reliable, the desired products!
