The fact that you can only return products to those bought online, not to those picked up from the store and your money is not returned immediately are 2 negative points ... so I will only accept 3 stars. Work on this and maybe I add another star, two if something changes ...

You replied that you can't identify me. Well, from what I notice, you don't identify anyone in your program who will criticize you and give you under 3 stars, but all those who commented ok and gave you 5 stars are identified and thank them. How come this, isn't it a bit dubious?
The rating drops to 2 stars, it's ugly what you do.
