On July 3rd I signed a contract to have a new roof and gutters installed by this company. Sales man Matt came out and sold the product. He then came back on July 24th and said we would be installed next week and we signed the final paperwork. On August 12th after calling the finance company asking for a different contractor I get a call and was informed that Matt no longer works for this company and they want to re-earn my business and asked that I meet with Kevin the manager to see if this can be fixed and we can move forward. Kevin came to my home on 8/14 and stated Matt lied about everything. He took zero responsibility for what Matt did or how he sold us our product. He promised he would take care of us and not drop the ball. he called the office and the lady he spoke with said we would have our product installed 2-3 weeks at most weather permitting. Today marks 3 weeks and I have not heard from either Kevin nor Euro-Tech and I still have no new roof or gutters. .
Edit 2:30pm - I am not sure why I am not able to reply to the owners comment however he stated they were waiting for the permit for 2 weeks. The lady that called me at 1:37pm said they were waiting on the permit for 1 week. I was promised install to happen twice now and it has not happened. It has been 9 weeks since I signed those papers. I do not get a call until I reach out to the BBB, the finance company and write this review and NOW they want to schedule an install? Suspicious? Why would I do business with a company who has this poor of customer service before the job is even done? Euro-Tech broke this contract not once, not twice but now 3 times and they want to threaten me with I am not able to break the contract?
