I love this place.

Very clean. Good service

The interior is amazing. Being an international airport in Kolkata, it stands proud. Waiting Rooms, Lounges, Food Courts and all other essentials are present, including WiFi and several Helpdesks.

Beautiful and huge intl. Airport of Kolkata. Many cultural events are displayed everywhere.

It's a nice place... everything is going on so decipline way...

Airport staff is helpful, eating options are not that good. Cleanliness is not up to the mark.

Well at least I m flying out.

At least the social distancing will be handled better when I land elsewhere.

Great infrastructure in every sense. However scope for expansion is not there. As there will be more air traffic in future, this will be an essential requirement.

Overall its a good experience. Smooth Check Ins & Ground Staffs are helpful. Variety of Eating & shopping options are available. Sitting Area at Departure Gates with Runway view are excellent. I suggest to co-operate with CISF people during security checks. The only flaw i will point out are Rest Rooms as they are not at all clean, wet floors etc.

It's a nice airport pretty similar to Delhi or Mumbai airport but with less footfall. Plenty of eating options and shopping outlets.

Once you proceed after security check in there seems to be only one drilling water faucet, that too is tucked behind some display.

The washrooms after security clearance are small and not that well kept.

Eastern Indies oldest international airport. Pride of kolkata. Clean and clear atmosphere. Operational service is very good. Passengers security and safety is first priority of the authority. Things are available from the inside stores are too expensive. Bad things is the free WiFi service. It is just bogus in one ward. And the mobile network connectivity poor in some place inside the lounge.

It's always cool... But during this pandemic working with limited facilities. Still every one of the employees is working so hard.... Wishing them all the best. Stay safe guys....

An well operated, well decorated international terminal.

World class facilities and handles good traffic. The taxi service outside is costly and pathetic. The app cab movement is atrocious. Something needs to be done about this. Airport staff is minimal in the lobbies as all instructions are displayed on signboards and kiosks and one can be self guided.

I love this working in this airport as an aircraft engineer is my dream . Best airport in INDIA...

One of the best Airports in India...State of Art decoration in accordance with Bengali culture & taste...airport is spacious, clean and connecting a huge number of flyers daily to important destinations around the globe...though a little bit poor in terms of management & service.

Ease of quick security check. Good food court available

It's a compact and great international airport. Well designed. Cafe coffee day and other food courts also available but bit costly. It's quite difficult to get cabs from here. Good connectivity with the city since it's located inside city. Plan 2 hours before your flight timing to reach here. Happy journey!

This International airport in Kolkata provides all the required facilities and comforts as per International standard. The security check-in procedure is very smooth. There are many display boards showing the departure and arrival of the flights. But the change of gate numbers at the last moment after security check-in should be avoided to facilitate the passengers to remain tension free. There are many shops of international brands and adequate food parlours and restaurants for the waiting passengers. The cost of food and beverages are very high. There are plenty of well maintained rest rooms. The ambience of the airport is wonderful and the whole building is beautifully decorated with aesthetic sense. There are arrangements for wheelchairs and transportation cars inside the building.

Great infrastructure and well managed but there are lots of mosquitoes inside the airport. Me and my friends had a bad time there waiting for a connecting international flight there for almost 4-5 hours. Apart from that everything is fine. Lots of restaurants and shops are there to kill the time. You will get flights to almost every busy city of India from this airport.

This is an international airport located in Dum Dum, West Bengal which is 15 km away from the Howrah railway station. It was opened in the year 1924. You can take a bus or hire a taxi from Howrah to reach the airport. To and fro AC bus travel between airport and Howrah is really comfortable and not expensive.

Underrated but we'll managed airport in the country

It is the busiest airport of West Bengal. It is situated in Dum Dum. The facilities provided by airport authority is very good. There is help desk. The security personnel are very helpful and always try to help the passengers. All kinds of transport facilities are available here except metro which is under construction. For me it is a very good , neet and clean airport. Thank you so much.

Kolkata's International airport, located at around 20km away from heart of city. People coming from city shall be carefull while driving to airport as traffic will be heavy in kolkata.

Recently I travel with my family from Bangalore. The airport looks so desserted. There are no people to guide us as my family has to take another flight to Guwahati. We run pillar to post. Nobody answer our question I have my child with me. It was spicejet gate no 103 to depart. I really don't like selfish Bengali mentality.

Luggage delivery too late. Luggage from three-four different flights delivered on one belt inspite of having 7-8 belts in total.

Places are nicely maintained and clean. I also has lot of foods and snack shops in and outside the Airport area.

The connectivity to the main road could be an isuues. If you want to commute via public transport it could be a little problematic.

Nice. It has to be extended further which will match it's operating capacity. This will provide the scope for much more better service with due comfort and for avoiding congestion.

Beautifully designed with ample of space. Distinguished arrival and departure levels. Option of ac buses, prepaid taxis and ofcourse ola/uber. Well maintained, very clean.

The worst ever airport in India.... I have been here so many times and my experience is never good... The staff here is rude and not at all co-operative... bad facilities... had i been able to avoid it... i would never come here...

Friendly staff, quick immigration lines and baggage.Need more comfortable seating areas and proper air conditioning.Also needed pharmacy shops after security area. Food quality at airport is good. Kolkata need to control mosquitoes breeding by using pesticides.

One of the most busiest airports in India. And also one of the safest. Very friendly employees starting from the army/police to the employees of the different airlines. I do suggest if u haven't been there... It's a one time thing which you will not regret.

Must try restuarant in Kolkata Airport in food court.

Price is bit high due to Airport charges may be but Taste is very good. You could not feel that price had gone waste.

Talking about the Airport -Many things can be done specifically Cleaning, 5s and many more.

Should stop the practice by taking the passengers through bus.Day before yesterday I was coming from Kolkata to Mumbai and there was raining but as they took me through bus myself and my cabin bag totally wetted by the rain water.

One of the best Airport terminal of India. Well maintained and well decorated. Designed beautifully with the touch of Bengali taste and modern architecture. Now it's enlarged and increased it's capacity of flights arrival and departure. Overall very neat and clean.

System of hand baggage checking is very good. Something wrong in beg goes to seperate line. Puting of empty tray goes automatically

Kolkata airport has improved a lot from my last visit. It has became bigger and better for all of us to use. Amenities are world class and lots of international flights.

It caters for almost all the travellers of Bengal with much ease.

The airport is good and is very neat. The shops available are nice for spending an hour or so. The art work in the premises is adorable.

Airport in general is good although wifi for international travelers can be very difficult. We depend on those sorts of things while traveling away from our home countries.

The experience was amazing as i just reached on boarding time and the indigo employee was so humble he helped me out to reach the boarding gate as soon as possible..I am really thankful to you sir..

Everything from looking trolley to finding a working lift is a task in this airport. As soon as you enter the luggage belt, we had to look for the trolley for atleast 15 minutes and I found it placed in a very far location.
