Well maintained . Arrival flight down side 3A 3B national and 4A 4B international and departure flight upper side. Directions board given from entrance. Prepaid taxi ,AC bus available but better go for ola uber than prepaid taxi

Burger was not served hot.. tasted a little different from regular...staff needs to get trained..

There was a power cut at an airport and all the baggage belt stalled.. unbelievable

Outdated airport!!.
Needs lot of improvement! Especially the way the passengers enter and check-in ...Can learn a lot from Bengaluru Airport.

Hi, today is 24th june 2020. I arrived at Kolkata Netaji Subhash Chandra International Airport. Unfortunately i am extremely disappointed with the measures they have taken to welcome all the passengers at the time of Covid19. No process is being followed at all.. No checking of temperature, no sanitisation, no social distancing, not everyone is wearing masks. . And no one is there to see to it that the process is being followed.. So sad... A total let down.

Worst airport in reference to baggage arrival. Eveytime have to wait for around half an hour for baggage

Staffs are very courteous, rooms are clean, food is tasty, facilities are good.
Only one issue is that smokers can't smoke at room as all rooms are having fire alarm affixed and windows are fixed. So everytime, u want a smoke u need to come out of hotel.

Gateway to the city of Joy. The airport is beyond spacious.

One of the best airport operated by Airport Authority of India. Recent renovation made the airport more efficient and beautiful. Netaji Subhash Chandra Boss airport is hub for north-east part of India.

Well maintained and cleanliness & hygiene of the airport is very good. Immigration and security checking is very fast.

Surprisingly eating and shopping options are very less. Domestic have more options than international.

It is in city itself unlike other cities like Hyderabad... Decently built... Fast processing... Less walking..

Nice and clean. A beautiful international airport in Kolkata.
