Clean & safe airport in India,come Kolkata city of joy

Kolkata Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport consists of a modern, six level L shaped terminal divided into domestic and international wings. You will love the huge structure of the airport.. pretty well maintained. Free WiFi, baby care facilities, ATMs, pharmacy, medical services, currency exchange, shops and restaurants all are available under one roof. Transport service is not a problem here.

One of the best maintained airports in India. Perhaps could do better with the beautification.

I am a weekly traveller and it's not a bad place, almost like all other cities [ crowdy, no place to sit during peak hours etc ] , but with an advantage of not having so much flights- so little relaxing at times.
Cleanliness is a troublesome as manier times it's very uncomfortable.
Food courts are also with decent choice.

Cleanliness, interior design, passenger transport is very good. Food is very costly inside airport.

Very well planned structure. Very good place. This is best international airport in India.

More flights, better facilities. As the lockdown is being lifted step by step, one can easily find more stores open at the terminal. Layover isn't a problem now.

Very spacious wide looking airport, nice and clean check in area, check in counter mark is displayed well and noticeable from far away, all other display signs are very clear and visible i.e immigration, way out sign, toilets, shops, lounges an all. Moreover its Excellent environment, there is duty free shops available few food shops available which are local brand of india like Wow Momo, haven t notice any chain fast food shop such as KFC, McDonald's etc

Nice Airport, very strict airport. Excellent tough security and customs.

Airport is inconvenient. Luggage transfer is painfully slow. They put baggages from 4 flights on one belt. In last 8 years I have noticed the average time of your luggage arrival is 1 hour. If possible avoid this airport. There are hundreds of employees wandering about doing nothing completely aimlessly.

Very neat and clean place. Huge space here you can see easily. Very peaceful place. And the technology is great. View is great. Sculpture are excellent.

Hope one day this airport will catch up to be truly modern and efficient. Still xRay for baggages are pre checkin in a long queue with the modern installation lying defunct. The queues for all the immigration can be better with lots of scope of improvement

Arrivals area need more rich look as ot is one of the national metro city. Other than this Airport very neat and clean. Well maintained.

Nice place. Get all sorts of amenities. Staff are very helpful. In line baggage scanning has been introduced recently. All Covid-19 related safety precautions are being strictly followed. Cab service is also available. There are world famous brands to shop from after you have security clearance.

Lovely place with all the ultra modern facilities available at the airport. Truly an international airport. Neat and clean. Thanks to our CISF guys for round the clock security protection. We are proud of you guys. Thank you for the valuable service you give to the Nation.

Great facilities,neat and clean,but one thing missing just I have face the issue like if boarding station/gate change but there is no announcement for that,I'm surprised that an airport like that standard, this is so weird...

Good experience here, you can even watch TV while waiting.
One important thing about which frequent flyer know, but not everyone, that is don't think that it will be quick to check in, X-ray and you will get boarding pass. There is a long queue for every process, so better be quick. But not to panic if you are late because staff there is very helpful and understanding,if your flight is near to depart they will call you in front.

One of the best maintained airports in India now. Very clean. A huge number of flights. The easy transfer of connecting flights. The domestic and international have been merged, which is a very good thing. The only drawback is the extra baggage xray to be done before check in. All other airports have baggage xrays after check in.

It name defination the airpot that better name had nothing this name...

Wonderful management of all airport facilities and well decorated. On the other hand there are lots of issues that need to be improved. Like no wifi facilities for non Indian passengers, Food price is dramatically high ( Price of 1 Singara is 80 Indian Rupee), No sleeping room that's why passengers having long transit or layover time feel bored, A good thing to be noticed is there are lots of phone and electronics device charging corner.

Time we change this3 day flight rule to reduce crowds

Dont buy anything from airport , you'll get everything at double or tripple price

Very spacious and as you expect the cleanliness level is high . It have couple of restaurants and bar inside which are bit costly but quality is good.
Staff out here is also helpful and supportive.

Cleanliness could be better. Amenities not up to the mark. Lounge is lousy. Food court options are limited. Retail options are below average. Duty free is a joke.

CCU is one of the popular airport in the Eastern part of India. I have used the national terminal 2 times and international terminal 4 times still yet. Still lots of improvement require as an International Airport. You can use prepaid service from departure area of 3A terminal with in a reasonable price 24x7x365. I have very satisfied with prepaid taxi service.

A very very clean airport. Not so large. Staff is very nice and is approx 30 min drive from the main city. It has got some shopping outlets and few eateries around. Ola and Uber generally are very easily available around and so are the local drivers. Connectivity from the airport is quiet decent.

Rude security personnel. Need training how to talk with people. They are not people friendly. Specifically in the security check area during admit. They are good for bring down country's image.

The best airport I have ever seen. Maintained very nicely, very neat and clean. Ample sitting arrangement, drinking water everywhere. There are display boards everywhere. It has got shops and some small restaurant inside it which is available 24/7.

Very dirty airport ...
No maintenance at all .... Poor management. Seems to No cleaning everyday.. travelled international flight on arrival step elevator was not working ... Sitting area of boarding is completely dusty.. chairs were full fill with dust..

It is commonly known as DUMDUM Airport, you can get domestic as well as international flights from this place. This place maintains cleanliness all the time, security is perfect here
