My review is about the restaurant Sand at first floor.Food Quality and taste was very bad .Never expected such stuff from so called 4 star hotel.The starter menu was disgusting with too much of spices .Main Course was a bit better but still was below par.Only saving grace was the desserts.The services of the restaurant staff also left much to be desired .

It's most important to keep up the property in best condition to attract customer
I have been to this hotel in 2012, come back with high opinion and now in 2018, I am sad to see the hotel condition.

Continuous renovation and maintenance is missing.

Booked suit room, observed issue with warm water supply, rusted mirror frames, cracked wooden bed side, extremely poor quality toiletries items like shampoo & soap.

Hotel industry runs only on reputation. Please do not spoil the same.

I was there for a conference the conference hall was good. Food was better in class. Appearance of this hotel is quite good. Dont have any idea of staffs behaviour. I think they should be more careful and friendly. Unable to get any wish from reception desk. Also I have to ask the question first they would not have any interest about my queries. Otherwise everything is ok.

Friendly and courteous staffs. Hassel free stay with super tasty food. I loved the small but effective pool on the rooftop decorated beautifully around with a bar counter at the end. Have stayed twice due to pocket friendly and tasty food available with a relaxed mind. Location is superb with multiple options for taste buds and shopping as well. See you soon Sovrani ! Keep up the hospitality.

The current service is very pathetic. The receptionest Mr Rahot Kr. Roy first needs to understand what is Hospitality in the Hospitality world. He stood adamant enough NOT to help out even at early morning hours @3:00 AM. We were left out to manage our accommodation just because we had only our PAN cards as our govt I'd proof. My suggestion to Mr Rohit or. Roy is please learn to take feedback as well. My score is minus 100 on service and attitude. In a world where costomer centricity and customer obsession is key service driver to keep up to the compition this sort of service reminds you of how unprofessional people can be.
