As this is a silent airport it well maintained and the staff of this airport is very helpful

A first class international airport with almost all companies of airplanes available. Flights for Asian countries are the cheapest from this airport among all the other airports of india.

The security here is very alert. I am proud and hope my Bengal to develop this way in future.

Everything is ok but when u go out and you not booked prepaid taxi from airport then outside taxi rate shocked no rate

Good airport accessible to cars, parking fee is applicable in minute basis, the security check-in is always long, the staffs here are helpful, some restrooms are not clean near Gate 2, but in general cleanliness is maintained. Mosquitoes are common in the ground floor where Gates 101 and above numbers are present, early morning you can sometimes see birds inside the domestic airport.

I was amazed when I first time saw it. It one one of the best airport in India....as well as the world.....the design and the engineering skills are mind blowing...... Top class security.... Too much clean..... There are many types of shops in the airport....... The staffs are very good and helpful......

Nice and clean airport with all facilities available. Inside airport ample of space available for sitting however out side its too crowded and traffic is worst. In terms of options available for quick bites and snacks there are not too many food courts available and whatever available they have limited options with price constraints.
Several times i have been there to catch my flights and overall it was a nice experience.
As of suggestion part, consider unexpected tariff in route while coming to airport so adjust your travel time to airport accordingly.

This is a nice and clean place. Without international chain restaurants all the foods are a bit expensive specially bars. The bars have almost three times higher than the price outside the airport.

One stop on my way home...and this is where I change flights and spend a couple of hours every journey. I'd say everything here is great and okay for me. I'm happy with the services and facilities...

Huge airport. Airport staffs are very helpful and airport is tightly secured. The noticeable thing is that each and every corner of airport is neat and clean. The cleaning staffs are cleaning every now and then. Overall experience is too awesome to describe!!

Now this time when i went to airport it was clean but very less people were there.

Loved this place. Very comfortable, well decorated, furnisherd, staffs are well recruted,gentle behaviour, sufficient Area, Time maintenance services, following covid 19 defending full procedure....

Baggage is still v v slow as usual for Kolkata.
But all other counters and procedures are swift. All persons try and make the environment safe for all.

Fast immigration and security check compared to major Indian Airports

New terminal is much better than the old one. Modern facilities and most of the amenities are available. There is also a good multi cuisine restaurant in the international transit area (after immigration and security).

Love my city and love kolkata international airport known as Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport. Nicely decorated inside of this airport n also properly maintained hygiene of this area.

The measures to battle COVID-19 is not sufficient. Although all the entities at airport are trying their best. I couldn't find any declaration form fill up kiosk out there. Only thermal screening at the exit.

Toilet was not clean. Behaviour of airport staff was very disappointing.

One of the largest airport in eastern India and handles passengers in the best way possible. If you are here for a quick visit, get down at Gate 1 Airport and take a walk from there, is a walking distance.

Though airport is very beautiful,CISF people are ignorent people as they doubt on each and everyone, even Patient who are suffering from Knee pains,they let the people who are suffering from Knee pains, remove their knee pads as they have been checked by earlier airport,CISF people are unable to read the Passenger name,they are seeing through each and everything as the passenger is getting delayed, Such uneducated CISF people are staring at Girls and ladies like Goons. Airport facilities are 100%Satisfied.

Fast becoming one of the worst airports of the country. Even after landing late, deplaning takes more than 20 minutes. Even passengers get out of train compartments faster. Very lazy airport staffs and goes with the famous work culture.
I never got my luggage in less than half an hour. Today it seems it will take more than a n hour to get out of this airport.

Things have changed for good here. It was clumsy chaotic and mis managed earlier but now it's well managed truly a world class airport.

Very good place and decent staff. Lot of national language speaking people which brings in more matured look to this airport named after Netaji subhash babu.

The rest rooms are very clean and provide tissue rolls too ( which is not seen easily elsewhere).

Very much empty and quiet because I had a flight at 3am. Most of the shops were closed.

After seven days full of events & activities,online closing ceremony of #VigilanceAwarenessWeek2020 was held on 02.11.2020 during which winners of different events were announced.All safety protocols were followed while organising events. #vigilanceweek2020 #stayvigilant_aai .

The food here is better and cheaper than other international airports across India. Cabs are easily available at arrival so no need to wait for long. The waiting area is quite good and can handle a lot of passengers.

Recommended Netaji Subhash Chandra Bosh International and domestic Airport Kolkata city's, Update system international standard. Attached cargo port, connection of city's, are able able Bus, Trains, taxi, metro railway is under construction.

One of the best airports in the nation. Kolkata is proud.

Beautiful airport of Kolkata, West Bengal. The staffs were very helpful during this pandemic period. I took a Chennai flight of Indigo from Kolkata. They offered PPE kit with other accessories.

Dear all , I am requesting to all to kindly avoid to travel anywhere via kolkata airport, why because, the security guards, cisf behaviour is very bad, harassing people like begger, steeling the image of the person inwin public, will questioning them. And they are not leaving atleast old personal

In times of Covid 19 distress too, the airport is managing the travellers well. Kudos to the staff and security staff for their efforts.

It is not as good as compared to that of Hyderabad, Bangalore , Delhi and Mumbai. Although it is very spacious. First of all you have to get your checkin baggage scanned and locked as soon as you enter the airport. Also there are not many security check in counters. Bathrooms are not well maintained and are also less in numbers and it gets very difficult especially during morning flights. There are not many stalls and food courts . Also the lounge is closed between 11-6 pm.

The new terminal of Kolkata airport is excellent. the queue time is less than 10 minutes and there is no congestion because it is so spacious. Properly cleaned and waiting time for luggage is less. In the last year I have flown from and to this airport 3 times every time same satisfaction. Only issue is that lack of food stalls and other facilities. Also the smoking room is very small otherwise it is excellent. Thanks

Airport facility, Airlines Ground Staff, Cleanliness and space - everything is awesome. Only the undisciplined crowd and unprofessional team of Flemingo Duty Free has disappointed me. Earlier it was not like this. I think Flemingo Management should look in to this matter.

Due to covid pandemic the airport looks desolated, but the spirits are high in Kolkata. I liked it!

Big airport with multiple check-in counters and security check areas. The arrival and departure entry exit points are in different levels, easing the traffic flow. The airport has a nice decor with lots of eateries and shops.

Worst international airport I have ever seen. No cleanliness. Worst food court.. No display at the gates. Unnecessarily big.. no proper management of space. Huge walking distance between checking gates and depart gates . All those who think this airport is best. They should visit bengaluru airport and the the proper management of everything
