It's One of the major international and domestic Airport in India.

In India it connects to almost all major cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru etc.

The architectural design of this Airport is marvelous.

There is prepaid taxi and AC bus facility available at Airport premise.

It contains multiple food, gift items and clothing stores.

I found it always clean and safe.

Very neat and clean airport with high security and parking facilities.

The boarding pass collection area lacks maintenance

Not a big airport but Well connected with public transport and you can get buses from airport to city.

Everything is quite fine , except there's not enough resting place.

It is much better than in the past but too small if it is compared with T3, Delhi. Neat and clean. It has got International and domestic terminals. Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Airport is hub of flights going to North-Eastern part of the country. Both of its terminals are well maintained. It has got many shops. Many eating options available.

One of the best airports in India. Top quality International airport with helpful staffs. Highly secured airport with round the clock service. Loved it.

It's clean, safe to go with lenient checking formalities.

One of the biggest and busiest airport. The area is neat and clean. The officers are also very helpful. The structure is also nice and sophisticated.

One of the major international airports in India however, I find some airport personnel quite rude and unhelpful. While on the other hand there are friendly personnel too. I feel there are limited washroom in the waiting lounge before we board the flight. The free WiFi in the airport is just for 30 mins while in some other countries we get 2 hours of free WiFi.

Today first time I found CCU this much less crowded...eassy to accessable place,well groomed place.. but the old parking system is now not available the rates got tripple from the last time may be for Corona. So it's better to park in out side arear if you are going to receive someone .

Nice ambiance, good food facilities. Love this airport. Flew into this airport four and five times. So far thankful we have not a problem. Security wasn't long like we didn't have to take off shoe's. We like flying into this airport great stories and fast to get to you gate. We will fly to this airport anytime. Bus to get you to the airport right there. Straight shot!!!

It is amazing airport where precuations and measures of sanitizations are high.they are sanitizing our bags before we enter. Fever measures and protective geara are always tp be on. Foods are available and even we can go for shopping. Loved it. Met Airport Security Head Mr. BODHI

Easy and friendly check in and check out. Courteous staffs. Overall a wonderful experience even for first timers.

The airport has poor management facilities; very long waiting period for luggage and the screens at the conveyor belts aren't working properly.

The airport's new terminal is lovely... The bathrooms are nice, ample check in area, toilets are nice...many choices for food and and more than sufficient charging ports are provided.... The only thing it lacks is inline baggage acreening

Very untidy..mosquitoes all over in the taxi lane ..not hygienic at all.. even after personalities like our PM and mamta banerrjee arriving at the airport, the area is not maintained at all..

A nice airport visually. But the luggage checking area and security check area is very less takes a lot off time to get to to the gates because of that otherwise it's one beautiful airport.. Has a many shops inside it too but the items sold out inside the airport is a but expensive

I just love this Airport. It's spacious clean n well maintained. The restrooms are also clean.

It is a very large airport. There are many checkin counters and security check points so one can catch a flight if someone arrive atleast 1 hour before the departure time. If you are catching a domestic connecting flight then you have to go through the same security points which a single flight travellers pass through. There are not seprate security checkpoints for the connecting flyers.

Infrastructure and facilities have been greatly improved. The only downside is that still you need to do the X-ray scan before check in, which is a hassle and non standard with the other airports these days.

Worst airport. The receiver isn't permitted
to get into the airport. No meeting point inside the terminal. No food shop, worst wifi. Inside is very small

It is one of the best and hygiene international airport in India.

The only International airport in eastern India with direct connection to South East Asia, Australia, Middle East, Europe and Africa. Direct connection to USA, Canada and South America awaited.

Decent airport. Post COVID food menu options at all restuarants are reduced

Finally, Kolkata too has a nice airport to match up with the rest of the metro cities.

Excellent place. Well developed. Less waiting time for check in except Indigo. Hardly any waiting time for security. Good place for some shopping as well.

This is the airport bof my hometown it will always be the best for me.
One very good thing that I have noticed they are actually using the e boarding pass correctly and are scanning it directly from the phone without issuing a paper form of it.

One of the best airport in India. Beautifully presented to the tourists and passengers. Well maintained. The system is very good. Renovation has been made for the departure and the arrival point. Car parking is available. Pre paid cabs are available. The security is very high and it is a good sign for the Indians as well as the outsiders who are visiting India. Thank you.

Good place to walk. Get some exercise while waiting! Also like the rest rooms, smaller urinal for children. Separate room for baby care, so a father or mother can use it (not part of women's rest room). Not many healthy food (roti without oil, simple dal-sabzi without chilly and masalas; these should be add ons). Wish retailers would create dishes like that. Miss that when out of home for days.

I was flying from Kolkatta one week back, Im a violinist and I require 9waltt batteries for my instrument. security guy JAY PRAKASH and his assistant SWETA SINGH didn t allow me to carry it on board. They took all my 9 Walt batteries and left me with only one, saying about some rule which I ve never heard before and which I couldn t find online as well.
So please provide me this rule or refund my money for this batteries and I need apologises for unprofessional stuff

The Airport needs pay and use Shower Rooms. There is no scarcity in the city and the Airport area is full of water bodies. Presence of shower rooms would make the airport a favorite stopover for changing planes. Air journey dehydrates our body and a clean temperature control shower can rejuvenates the body.

Gases contain large number of minute identical particles (atoms or molecules).

Very bad. Each 1L of mineral water costs Rs. 100. There is no drinking water tap inside the airport to drink or refill bottles. They r forcing people to buy a basic a necessity at an exorbitant rate of Rs. 100

Very slow airport, especially indigo staff. Long queue everywhere, at the gate, at the security, at the baggage drop, at the lounge, wonder how they manage to be this slow. And they don't switch in the ACs, it's very hot and everytime they have this problem or another. And how come their AC s are always not working. Pathetic kolkata

As a frequent flyer I always travel for trips. I love this airport for its cleanliness and staffs. Great airport with all available facilities.

Big airport with multiple check-in counters and security check areas. The arrival and departure entry exit points are in different levels, easing the traffic flow. The airport has a nice decor with lots of eateries and shops.

Good, But need some improvement in sitting areas and cleaning is not good as IGI Airport, smoking room is also not available. Otherwise I already said that airport is in good condition.

Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose international airport is located at dum dum, West Bengal, India. This airport is very popular airport for its ultra modern facility. It's very neat & clean. Behavior of the staff is very polite. It's spread over an area 2460 acres.

Nice airport its connectivity from everywhere of kolkata is very good. Ac buses are present with nominal fare not that much as compare to banglore airport. The staffs are also supportive , announcement is there for every flight , even after the last call some concerned authority of flight will come to the waiting hall for announcing the name of a Pearson if he/she is not boarded. Wifi is pathetic.

Clean airport. Lots of food available. Good service. Good connectivity by road.

I loved the place as its spick and span. The food court is small but good. The staff is helpful. And transition is easy.
