National and international flights fly from here. The airport is very clean and spacious. There is ample space to sit and wait for your flight.The people working there will help you whenever you need. They are very polite. The best part is they will speak Bengali, English, Hindi as per your convenience. Before flight you have to board on a bus which takes you to flight which is also very good. There are many shops inside airport but those sell very costly products. Washrooms are well maintained.

I can say this is one of the largest airport . with proper space in waiting area.. Security is quit good . and nice service is provided

One of the best renovated airport in India .The new look is really cool ..Spacious and very well decorated .It has all the required facilities from shops to restaurants and cafes .While in transit you can pass your time really well .Kids have a lovely time playing while others can relax also .Seating arrangements also ample .Walking also not a problem as escalator walkways installed in many places .At the international terminal there are many duty free shops as well .Many brands display their products and many more will be coming soon .

Security persons don't know rules and regulations of airport authority,

During the lockdown I say it's well organized. Although the mode of helping and giving directions to the people who are new can be improved. Frequent sign boards would do a lot of help

Very clean airport with lots of space compared with other airports in India . The retiring rooms are nice, too. The washrooms are very clean. Hope they can add an elevator to the international departures section as currently you have to walk all the way to the domestic departures section to take the elevator up, and then walk to the international departures section. Shopping and eating options are very limited. They also turn on the air-conditioners too high. It is too cold inside. The money changers charge too much to convert your money. You will get a better deal at a bank .

Airport is good but no any maintaince for flight alwyz flight delay from this airport. They cannot handle properly.

This international Airport is very nice airport and having limited shops inside. Good staff and very helpful. Food is OK and provides nice service. It's over crowded during my visit here. Unfortunately my flight delayed almost an hour. But don't have much entertainment things here. Its tough time for time pass when you you don't have much shops. Overall experience is OK.

All people are helpful but crowded, needs to implement more organised systems

One of the good and old airport in India, well-maintained international airport

Pride of Kolkata (formerly Calcutta)-this international airport serves various domestic flight along with wide international flight across the globe. Hospitality and behavior of staffs are very polite. Dedicated flight information counter equipped with baggage scan facility are available there. Food counter with wide ranges of eatables are present there, though the food price is little bit higher than normal market prices. Duty free sales counters are also present in the lounge !

Big airport. It is positioned in the heart of the city. The bus terminus is just beside the airport which is very helpful. But the number of prepaid taxis should increase, otherwise sometimes there are a huge que for prepaid taxi inside airport.

Clean and spacious airport terminal. Both domestic and international flights are from Kolkata Airport. Innovative Architectural design look awesome. Public bus service are from inside airport.

Good airport but would have been better if It had boards and labels like the ones in New Delhi airport.

One of the most busiest airport, an entrance to north east part of the country. Covid 19 protocols are in place, however, very few passengers are following it. Passengers were not throwing the rapper of PPE kit in the dustbins.

CCU's new complex is build in a very large area, with all modern facilities available in a huge number. The airport is going to have it's own metro station in very near future.

Airport is good.. But locals don't keep it clean.. Kolkata locals are mostly bad at keeping their city clean. Expect litter and wrappers on the chairs rather than in dustbins.

One of the oldest international airports of India newly built terminal building with great architectural view. Very clean and well managed and well maintained. Food Court, resting place, gates and washrooms are well managed. You will love duty free shopping here.

This new airport building of Kolkata is a welcome addition to the city. The old shabby airport whose image is difficult to erase because of a far too long association. The new airport is at par with all modern airports in India and abroad. Facilities are good and staff friendly. Outside pre paid taxis are available and all said it is smooth travel for the visitors.

Nice clean airport, with many shops and easy to check in to. Security process was quick and simple as well

Price of all food stall is super high! More than Bangalore. Departure gates are super dirty .. all over polythene bags are scattered. Washrooms are dirty.

Good airport. Clean but international flight not busy

Spacious, ample food and coffee options. Not bad as far as amenities go, but a few rude staff especially at security checks spoil the fun. Toilets at arrivals are dirty. Announcements are often difficult to understand.

Beautiful airport. It's a huge and very nicely decorated airport. A huge number of domestic and international flights operates from here. I was here for my connecting flight but did not get much time to explore due to lack of time. It's really nice experience to be here.

It was my first time visit at Kolkata Airport and i am very much surprised by seeing this how big it is. Nice and clean place with lots of good people with domestic and international boarding system. You have to check in at least one hour before your flight. I had a nice experience with this airport.

Neat and Clean, But the Check In s are pretty slow, so have plenty of time on hand to check in.

This airport has improved lately but there is still scope for more improvement. The people who are managing the airport are not friendly at all. They do not help people at all. This is the biggest let down and negative aspect of this airport. The trolleys are not kept and arranged in a methodical way. The airport authority should see to it that these minor things are managed properly. For eventually it is the minor things which can make or mar the reputation.

The airport is large with a lot of boarding gates. The bathroom and other facilities are clean too. However, it is not as modernized as Delhi Airport but far better than most of the smaller airports.
