I was flying from Kolkatta one week back, Im a violinist and I require 9waltt batteries for my instrument. security guy JAY PRAKASH and his assistant SWETA SINGH didn t allow me to carry it on board. They took all my 9 Walt batteries and left me with only one, saying about some rule which I ve never heard before and which I couldn t find online as well.
So please provide me this rule or refund my money for this batteries and I need apologises for unprofessional stuff
