Quite a big one.All facilities are available here.Only demerit is the cab charges are in higher side including ola and uber.They need to have some better alternatives. Rest all amenities are good.

One of the worst airports I visited. Poorly maintained. U feel disgusted to visit washrooms. Mosquitos everywhere. Even the lounge facility is not that great. Hope the government takes appropriate steps to improve it.

It's was biggest airport... You can book than cab is the smart thing... Because local vechile station is too far. Clean place. Lot of stores available. Especially book store too good... Lot of new collection is there.

Present system of drop and pickup in private car is very good. Authority is now trusting people more than ever. Smooth flow of cars.

More compact. Crowded. No luggage trolley at every gate. Long queue for security check.

Commutation is not easy, as no metro in the vicinity. Also taxi fare reaches to good height during peak hours. Toilets and services needs to be improved

This is a very dull airport. As soon as you land there and try to interact with people, you will feel you have gone in 1980s. The overall standard of airport when i compare it with Delhi and MUMBAI, I ll rate it at 2 star

This place is amazing as they have Biswa Bangla .... which displays Bengal in its true spirit .... they have nice food courts.... caffecino cafes .... airport otherwise is really peaceful too ... no mad rush

Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose airport is the best airport for Bengal culture. The Airport design is made with Bengali letters and the area is very sweets le. Everyone should visit here.

My nearest airport. Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport serving Kolkata is one the international airports in India. I visited this airport three times. It is a medium sized airport of 2500 acres. No. of flights is increasing. Just like IndiGo is going to operate its non stop flight to Hanoi, Yangon etc. Overall, its a good airport. There are about of 54 aircraft stands out of which 18 are aerobridges. A good number of domestic flights serves the airport making it the 5th busiest international airport in India by passenger traffic.

staffs are very rude, they don't have any time to guide a passenger.

Good ambience and Clean airport with helpful staffs. Security check In takes alot time here. A range of food courts to enjoy your meal. All over a great experience.

Worst Airport sorry to say for the city where I am born & brought up, dirty washrooms, callase security & people were wearing mask on their chins, some needed to be reminded time & again, no checks. Even Cafe & shops are useless..

Airport is good but passengers are weird and they start pushing you for no reason when you collect the bags

Very good airport. Arrival section ambience looks dull, but departure is excellent. Couldnt find the security check area for baggage, no staff there to guide us. But liked the airport.

It's great place. You can get buses from the ground storey (arrivals) up to 9pm. The place quite simply put, awesome.

But as new guys there is no such boards or anything by following which u can get inside easily.

Well maintained airport with ample choices for food and quick shopping. Washrooms are clean, though I wish the waiting chairs were cleaned regularly.

Quite a big in size but definitely need more maintenance. Workers of the airport spits ghutkha here and there, seen with my own eyes. Whoever is in charge is not enough careful about the cleanliness. It has everything but needs more care. Chairs are terribly dirty. Govt. has done everything but this thing should be taken care by airport authority. Airport represents a State, a country, so they should be more careful about it. Don t let outsiders think negative about the city of joy KOLKATA.

Literally we can say its an international airport. Well maintained premises clean interior, food court, clean toilets, very modern seating arrangements. Expecting more courteous staff next time.

Being a Kolkatan, I can say this is one the worst international airport in terms of airport staff behaviour, airlines staff as well. Their baggage handling is disastrous. And their attitude is always on their nose. Most of them don't know what 'politeness' means. Passengers are paying money for them as well in the ticket and these buggers howl back at us.

Other than that, the airport is good, great structural example, views are awesome and you get delectable choice of foods. Most importantly the security personnel are friendly and helpful

Very spacious airport. Not many fancy shops. Sufficient seats. Advanced airport with human warmth.

The Toilets are really ill managed at this time of highest hygiene. I think they shouldn't charge for such high airport fee for such maintenance

Spacious airport..clean.. food options available inside the terminals but very expensive.. departure gates in the ground floor are very congested... Sweet shops available.. few other shops / Stores are aslo available..

However, please be informed that you will need to screen your check in baggage before you check in.

Also expect last minute changes in the departure gates...

Excellent facilities... Like locker for luggage, dormitories, food court etc.

Can make it a better organized place.
Especially Indigo Neither organize queues for passengers not passengers follow queues, You shall definitely feel many tummy s pushing on your back before you sit in your flight . Crew of many airlines at this airport are supposed to be trained for sure , hygiene and tobacco chewing inside Airport by staff and passengers should be banned once and for all. Yes the Airport and its staff should be organized and trained properly to serve the purpose of calling it an Airport .

Well designed airport with well organised spaces and a interesting modern exterior design. The terminal is open and airy with easy access and multiple food joints which also have some local businesses. Couldn't find a place with good coffee in the domestic terminal though.
