As I'm travelling at the time of pandemic Nobel Corona virus, everything is good but the exit process is very bad, they didn't even check the temperature.then how to track don't know

Nyc airport... Decent one and maintained properly... Needs more attention in maintenance of technical equipment as one of the escalator was not working inside the airport... Overall its good..!!

The decorations, the security check in everything is so perfect that it will easily fetch a 5 star.Neat and Clean .Very compact and covers a huge area as well. My only point is that they give very less time to the personal cars to drop the passengers as well as the luggage and if it delays by a single minute then it takes fine.

Easy and friendly check in and check out. Courteous staffs. Overall a wonderful experience even for first timers.

Beautiful place, good use of the space provided. Had to wait there over an hour for the next flight to Delhi, really a good exp. Staffs are very polite and well mannered

The architectural design of this Airport is marvelous.

There is prepaid taxi and AC bus facility available at Airport premise.

It contains multiple food, gift items and clothing stores.

I found it always clean and safe.

Awsome experience this time. The decorum hqs been much much better than the previous visit. The structure is far changed. The management of traffic is also way different. Great space, with much environment friendly ambience. Good foodcourt. Much more international flight is now available. And none other than to say great parking lot structure

Behaviour of the staffs are not so good but the interior is clean and classy.

I have found this very clean and spacious. You won't feel discomfort in rush hours as well. The facilities like bill boards and rastra are too good. The indoor plants and decoration are just amazing. Kudos to the efforts for managing nicely.

Worst airport ever seen.. Their weighing machines are false, always shows 2 kgs extra, happened with me thrice.. Be aware of this fraud.

Domestic and international both.. very GD arrival and departure systems....car rental is always active for 24 days....foods available ... Shopping stores are also there...

Nice Airport...good part is National & International treminals are connected so makes easy to catch connecting flights....Mero connectivity should me improved to other parts of city. soon to avoid road traffic...more stall related to state aet & culture should be opened than the brand outlets which we find in other cities too....food courts are good

It's one of the few remaining things that's really reminiscent of the true richness of Bengali culture seamlessly blended with relatively modern infrastructure. (Especially the roof with its Bengali letters)

The public transport connectivity to this airport is bad when comparing with other major airports in India.

Very nice airport. Spacious, clean, systematic, decorated. Sufficint seats, toilets, water and space for movement. Lots of shops inside for foods and other necessities. Enough escalators. Reaching planes from gate is scientific. Plain departure is o.k. Transportation is good. Security system is fine. One negative point is there is lack of checking at conveyer belt at the time of exit, one can take others bag.It is bad mattet.

In corona time also you can fly bindas as the airport authority is chilled enough to make you feel better. Great attitude of every personal including CISF. If you have any doubt ask anyone about any flight you have.

This is one of the best airport in India.... and all over the world also... The skill of engineering is amazing.... And the design of the airport is beautiful.... Too much clean... Many types of shops are there in the airport.... service is very good....and the staffs are very good...and helpful....

I found Kolkata airport less crowded. Neat and clean. But it is far away from howrah station. Food court is available. Magazine stalls are available but as always on various airports everything is extremely costly. Even a cup of tea is for Rs 100. Nicely maintained airport

A few years back we had a proud for Kolkata International Airport. The way they used to maintain it and keep it nice and clean. But now it's not like the old one, people are throwing papers, tissues, water bottles.... etc. Toilets are smelling badly, floor is wet, no tissues, no hand wash, nothing. And if you see the chairs, old, faded, dirty.

Being an Indian it's really shameful when people from outside country pin point this and laugh. After paying all the airport maintenance fees isn't maintained.........

One of the cleanest airports of India with sophisticated security system and consumer satisfied services. People can travel to different national or international airports form here. The internal as well as external decorations are attractive.

Only drawback is frequent unavailability of public transportation on arrival

Good n supporting behaviour of the staff. It is being disinfected timely. But no such measure for passengers hand sanitization. However bags are sanitized. Spice jet staff are little bit indifferent to passengers. They should be more supportive as passengers are new in this situation.

A big international airport in Bengal. Neat and clean and with lots of food facilities.

Quite spacious and less crowded airport compare to other metro airports. Hats off for cleanliness. Surprised to see less number of AD banners inside airport.

CCU is one of the finest airport. The international Airport give totally the bong vibe which is very indeed. The interior gives all aesthetic feeling. Nicely decorated and well presented.

It's full of mosquitos in waiting lounge of domestic departure . We are unable to sit at one place .Very annoying

This is one of the busiest airports in the country with nearly ober 16 million footfalls a year. The new terminal is very aesthetically built. It is large enough to accommodate such high traffic amd also it is designed to be eye catching for all these travellers as well.

A well maintained airport. If you want a low budget cab, just go for prepaid taxi (near exit gate 3C) before coming out of the terminal. You may opt for AC buses ( near exit gate 1) which connects to different parts of the city. Well, ola and uber can be obtained from bear gate 3B, 2B.

All the covid 19 protocols are strictly followed and I am very happy with it

Food served to domestic customers is good and large range...international customers should also be allowed to enter that area...the chairs should not have handles so that customer can rest properly on it

The airport has been improved over the years and it now has all the basic amenities present in a modern day airport at most of the leading cities around the world.
The area is very clean. Lots of commutes to and from the place.

Infrastructure is good, stuffs are OK behaved and all the necessary shops are available inside the airport. Only issue is with the number of international airlines arraival,which is very less.

Very good infrastructure facilities, and system is very responsive. The place is neat and clean and very well behaved staffs are available. Delicious food items are available from moderate priced food courts.

Good airport accessible to cars, parking fee is applicable in minute basis, the security check-in is always long, the staffs here are helpful, some restrooms are not clean near Gate 2, but in general cleanliness is maintained. Mosquitoes are common in the ground floor where Gates 101 and above numbers are present, early morning you can sometimes see birds inside the domestic airport

The airport is very neat and clean. Specially, I love the Rabindranath Tagore's Bengali lines on the top at most of the roofs of International part.

Overall infrastructure has developed a lot with neat and clean well decorated interior. Food court are good. Resting place and arrangements are good. Tax free shopping is good. Staff are friendly.

The gateway to the east of India, NSCB International Airport is an architectural attraction. It's false ceiling in both interior and exterior is decorated with Bengali alphabets. This multilevel structure is elegant and attractive. The service is friendly and humane.

Good airport. Well maintained. Well behaved dedicated staff. In 1 of my experience toilets were not clean. But I blame travellers for it. Overall it's a good facility. Outside airport beware of fraudsters especially cab drivers
Go for prepaid cab facility inside airport.

A lot bigger than older airport, this air port has lot in it to spend your time. From food courts to shopping areas to Irish house we have a lot to do there!
All we need here is sleeping/lying area where people can rest if they have a longer waiting tym between their flights!

Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport is one of the best airports in India. Neat and clean environment. Everything is very well arranged. Service quality (boarding, immigration, baggage delivery) is very good. All kind of facilities like wheel chair accessibility, changing currency, taxi service is available. The greenery in front of the airport has further enhanced its beauty. After renovation the airport becomes awesome with almost everything that one can need in an international level airport, amazing. The airport has very good options in terms of shopping and food. Duty free is good too. Signage is proper and the story is very tidy. Recommended.
