Very nice airport, and with all ground staff's are helpful. Specially if you are traveling with infants. Then are very carefully pass all the points(check-in to boarding).

The best airport in the eastern region of our country. It's properly maintained and infrastructure is also good. The staff here is polite and helpful. Flights for all the major cities of India & foreign are available here. The premises are clean & there are different stalls for food once you check-in.

One of the largest airports in India. Both domestic and international terminals under one roof. Very well planned structure. A bit far away from city. Very neatly maintained airport. Very quick immigration check. Food items and other amenities available . . very neat. Overall nice.

The new terminal of Kolkata airport is excellent. the queue time is less than 10 minutes and there is no congestion because it is so spacious. Properly cleaned and waiting time for luggage is less. In the last year I have flown from and to this airport 3 times every time same satisfaction. Only issue is that lack of food stalls and other facilities. Also the smoking room is very small otherwise it is excellent.

Interior decoration is awesome. Lots of International flights you can get from there. All staff's are really helpful. The transportation system of the airport was excellent.
Many shops are inside the air port, and there all type of necessary things you get from there. The inner and outer views of the airport is beautiful. The sitting areas are well planed. One of the oldest airport in India(opened in 1924)

The airport is not well maintained... The chairs are dirty and the airport is unheigenic. Not one chair was in a proper condition. This is highly unacceptable standard especially for an airport of a busy city...

Compared to Airports of other Metro Cities in India, infrastructure is a bit poor. However overall a quite well maintained and clean airport. Would like to see more carriers fly into the city....

My home Airport, most of North eastern estate directly connected with this airport, parking lot is good enough, internal facilities are increasing day by day, now a days one can select as per their chice, restaurants, garments shop, spa, magazine shop, gift shop all are available. But international area has limited choice. It's take huge time to clear immigration, Luggage handling is also very slow. Be aware of touts once you coming out. Always book Cab from counter or app cab. Now a days police is doing excellent work to control traffic at arrival area.

on of the best airports in india...one can have all the facilities both for foreign and domestic lodging and fooding..you can find bit cheaper as compared to other metros..prepaid taxi, ola uber and ac bus survices available..

Netaji subhah chandra Airport is one of big Airport in India and biggest in east india. International and domestic flight you will get from this airport. It situated in kolkata at dumdum area. You will get international facilities and all kind of international flights are available here. This is the best airport to fly estern part of the world like china, singapore, bangkok, malaysia, indonesia, japan.

Not the best of airports, but definitely not the worst. Sure it needs renovation and improvements in the airport services. No big food franchise inside the airport. Even the washrooms are very small, not keeping up with the growing air traffic.

It's a good airport. Clean and spacious. Lots of sitting option are there. Lots of food branded stall. A part from that food court are also good.

Beautiful, clean and very nicely maintained. The airport is quite big and the facilities are also very good. The toilets are present everywhrre. Drinking water is also available plus the seating is also very nice. There are alot of stores and brands also to shop from and many food joints, kfc pizzahut wow momo ccd to name a few are also present here. Had no problems in checkin and security check also

Marvelous architecture. Entrance is complicated. Has adjacent railway facility along with Taxi, prepaid taxi, bus and cab. Although taxi service is worst, including prepaid. Super wide area at domestic terminal. But experienced lack of maintenance. Found multiple charging point not working/ broken within one year of reconstruction.

Really nice environment. It may very crowdy but not noisy. And it has been recently renovated. It looks very very wonderful. For Domestics flights you will need to come 1hr before and for international flights you will need to come before 3 hrs. 24 hrs cabs are available. And buses are available till 11 pm.

No cleanliness.
No water in wash room.
Not well maintained waiting chairs. Ugly. No social distance.

Food not good at all . No snacks or light food any where. Choices are limited
Should improve. This is an International Airport !!!

Now it's very crowded in Dec 2020. And washrooms are not clean

A very nice and clean airport indeed. The airport is quite big and the washrooms are pretty clean. The airport was earlier known as Dum Dum Airport.

Costs of snacks, etc. inside the airport are quite high. Normally when I'm hungry, I buy things from outside the airport.You can get the same things for less than half the price. After all they taste the same.

If you have access to the Travel Lounge, you'll love it. Besides, good place for smokers and ethnic material lovers...

The International airport of Calcutta is very nice and kept neat and clean by its staffs. There are lots of varieties of brands in clothes , children's wear, watches are there. There are lots of food and beverages outlets serving varieties of snacks and drinks and food. Lounges are also there to serve you.

Nice Airport I always told My Father to fly to Kolkata as its cheaper when I come from Singapore

Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose is really beautiful. It's quite big and looks really nice. There are quite a lot of good and inexpensive food shops inside. One thing though, the display boards could have been bigger and placed higher than they actually are.

In recent times, this airport has made tremendous improvements. It's a major hub especially in bringing the NE Indian cities and towns closer to international destinations. It's neat and tidy, perhaps there is room for greater international connectivity. Limited duration free WiFi is available. Personnel are helpful.

Great airport, laced with all the modern facilities tio serve the passengers 24 X 7. The rest rooms are very clean and waiting lounges provide best of the comfort. Only one thing that bothers the passengers are the airport staff. They should be more proactive to help a passenger and resolve the any concern immediately.

That was a great airport for domestic and international travel. Place was very much comfortable. There are good number of clean washroom and toilets.
Good arrangements for drinking water. Security check was smooth and faster. Sometimes it may rush.
There was walking belt for passengers to reach the gate faster.

Air conditioner very strong. Please bring warm clothes

Clean and lots of seating and charging stations. Could do with a few more resturants and another bar..theres only one that is way overpriced.

Comparing with other airport in India,CCU still far behind the line. Building an infrastructure is not only requirement but to maintain and having friendly employee for customer service is necessary. Staff especially for CSIF are rude and always ready to fight . May be they think nothing can be done to them in uniform. The other support staff are arrogant and don't know how to speak with passenger specially for the one who had never been to airport and never hoarded a flight before. All in pathetic human relationship. Learn something from Bangalore airport or Delhi airport . You too are one of the metro politan cities of India but still ages behind cos of your dull thinking.

The place is clean , well maintained, wheelchair available at certain gates only as served by the airline's. Flights don't delay much, help desk is present, the staffs are good and the place is secured too by force. Bag checking takes place after entering,. While person verification is done before entering the airport.

One of the poor maintained airport. Being an international airport there is no lounge they have placed uncomfortable metal chair if you have to wait for longer time for any connecting flights that will be a nightmare. No proper life only 2 lifts to carry trolley on both ends of lift. Request AAI to upgrade the airport to international standards...

Amazing infrastructure and very spacious. Just loved it. Soft rabindra sangeet plays all the time. Picturesque airport.

Its comparatively smaller, the baggage scan why its followed in covid times not sure. As traveller not want to touch my bag by unknown staff at airport. Or have machines which can scan baggage auto mode. The security check is finally auto moving scan. Lot improved version at airport, can have better washroom facility or improvised styling.
