Absolutely great customer service, ordered a NAS, everything within 2 days at my house. I should have ordered more gear from you, unfortunately wasn't available the day I ordered.

Stock manager for medium sized business ordering thousands of pounds of stock per week, i use multiple suppliers but broadband buyer are the only ones who let me place an order for next day delivery and then advise afterwards they've moved the cut off for the day and my order wont be next day, if this was communicated when i tried to place the order i could go elsewhere as some deliveries are time critical. good prices but cant be relied upon to deliver as agreed

Fantastic.... Spoke to John in Sales at 4:30pm. He gave great, honest, advice with the best solution for my requirements. Placed the order and at 6pm got an email from DPD stating my router will be delivered in the morning.

I ordered some 16TB hard drives which I found via a google shopping search, I ordered the items and paid for it (went through the visa page, confirmation email etc). Then I received a message from them saying that my order could not be completed because my address (the one I have been living in for nearly 20 years and I have always ordered through this address and my card details are the same) was not registered to my address. I was then asked to put the order through again or pay via bank transfer (I was not prepared to do that at as my consumer rights would not be protected) and the price of the drives had increased substantially.

Shameful baiting behaviour and a waste of time. Ordered through one of their competitors instead.

Very poor experience based on two recent orders. Watch out for early cut-off times which are not mentioned on check-out pages and make next-day delivery premiums a farce. Also, poor service replacing damaged goods with no empathy with customer urgency at all. Experience so bad for me that I ve blacklisted them as a vendor to my SME. There are plenty of other UK-based companies who sell the same products so I would advise not taking the risk and looking elsewhere for your requirements.

Bought a mesh router and paid for next day delivery in good faith that it would be delivered. Four days later I'm still waiting for delivery. Apparently due to matters out of their control. The customer service team is trying to do their best - but any form of management is absolutely lacking in this company. Think again if you need something in a timely manner.

Honestly customer services went way beyond their service to ensure the customer was happy. Put it this way, the item was so urgent and delivery for next day was not at a ideal time, i decided to drive to Milton Keynes from southwest London as i needed to head to the midlands to fix the internet issue i was having in a rental. i told them i will get there for 5.30 (when everyone goes home) but got stuck in major traffic on the M25 and called them to say i will likely be there for 6pm, as time ticked away sitting in traffic, my sat nav changed to 6.25pm. i called them up to explain the situation and they had kindly asked someone in the warehouse to stay back (normal time is 6pm) i eventually arrived (6.29pm!) on the industrial estate and i couldn't find the building a. A car which exited 1 building followed me around the industrial estate and then when i stopped this lovely lady (Sylvie i think) asked me if i am looking for broadbandbuyer and upon answering her that i was and was a little lost, she took me to the front of the building and explained the company recently moved offices and signage was not very clear. Unbelievable customer service, they were expecting me and realised i drove past and was lost. I was able to eventually collect my products that i ordered from the last person in the building and it was the owner of the company! I can't thank the team as they went way beyond my expectation and realised the efforts i was making to get there as soon as i could. top class customer service and will continue to use them for my ubiquiti products as they have the best prices! Thank you once again!

When it came to light after a major install of 8 units that the rep had advised us incorrectly their was no one to talk to. They had sold us the wrong product I called them 3-4 times and left messages although no one calls back.
Terrible service. DO NOT rely on them as you will be disappointed.

Only started using these guys recently. Competitive pricing on par with the giants beginning with the letter A, only you get first class service and people to call who actually help! Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Great company to deal with and a refreshing change to speak to a knowledgeable sales team. They actually listen to what you need and offer great advice. I've made the mistake of wasting time and money on the wrong products from Amazon. Never again

ordered a router from these people, it arrived but was faulty, had to send back at my own expense - refund for postage not given, also refused refund on defective kit saying it was not one they supplied !
had to complete a charge back on my card-

Been using this company for a number of years, OK my orders are not big, but they are for me, especially this last one.


Checked today and it is in stock.
Had the quote changed to a proforma with all the items I needed for this project.
Paid using PayPal, don't like giving my card numbers over the phone.

Notified the salesperson that I had paid and thought nothing of it until at 7pm I had not received any emails with shipping notification.

Checked online and still said pending, contact accounts.
What? Is there a lack of communication between the sales person and accounts?

So I will not receive my product until Friday when I am supposed to be on site installing it.
They have a lot of my money and have not shipped.
Also, this is not the first time this has happened to me and others, looking at the reviews.

Do we as customers have to chase them to make sure they can see the money and are going to ship the product and do their job for them?

I for one will be going elsewhere for product now as this is the last straw.
I hate letting my customers down but when someone else let's me down gets my goat especially when I have paid.

Possibly ok if you want something cheap, but won't accept credit/debit cards for larger orders. Should probably say that on the website or when you try to checkout to save people from wasting their time.

I ordered an item from here because it was one of the only places that claimed that they had it in stock. This was clearly stated on the product page.

Unfortunately I received an email the next day stating that the item isn't actually in stock at all.

Their website is still showing that they have 12 of these in stock.

Immensely disappointing experience.

Purchased 5 Xclaim Xi-1 WAPs of these guys 3 years ago. Have a neighbour who requires a wifi network in his house so I offered to help him out. He will require approximately 5 WAPs. Looked at BBB and see that they no longer sell Xclaim stuff. However, based on previous good experience, decided I would survey neighbours house and then call BBB to see what their suggested solution would be. However, upon survey using a couple of my disconnected WAPs, I couldn't rediscover the WAPs using Harmony etc despite using all suggestions on web forums. Decided to ring BBB and explain the situation as in the past they had great tech support. Lady in CS couldn't find my address on the system and basically blocked my path for any support. She was keen to put me through to sales though to try and sell me something but they were not going to offer any tech support on a product I purchased from them (despite the fact they have lost my details). Another fine example of a good company that has grown too big for the little man. Well done BBB. You just lost a customer and a sale and left me feeling very very sour.
