Cannot give a 0
Been using this company for a number of years, OK my orders are not big, but they are for me, especially this last one.


Checked today and it is in stock.
Had the quote changed to a proforma with all the items I needed for this project.
Paid using PayPal, don't like giving my card numbers over the phone.

Notified the salesperson that I had paid and thought nothing of it until at 7pm I had not received any emails with shipping notification.

Checked online and still said pending, contact accounts.
What? Is there a lack of communication between the sales person and accounts?

So I will not receive my product until Friday when I am supposed to be on site installing it.
They have a lot of my money and have not shipped.
Also, this is not the first time this has happened to me and others, looking at the reviews.

Do we as customers have to chase them to make sure they can see the money and are going to ship the product and do their job for them?

I for one will be going elsewhere for product now as this is the last straw.
I hate letting my customers down but when someone else let's me down gets my goat especially when I have paid.
