Diabolical customer service, over 3 months to send replacement phones for substandard initial batch potentially costing us thousands in revenue. When you ring your always told the person you want is in a meeting of unavailable and surprise ,no phone call back!Just sent replacements and they had forgotten to put chip in so complete batch useless, on the phone again they acknowledge it's their fault but cannot rectify at this time . Again costing us business and indeed potentially a Council Contract where the phones are part of the contracted agreement for logging in purposes.Steer clear of this company if you value your Business as they obviously have no concern about yours themselves !

As others have suggested, diabolical communications company that should be avoided.
Save yourself money, go with the cheaper option you have on the table, their non existent support will still be better than anything Olive will do to help.
Appalling customer service, they have no interest in talking to their customers or returning your calls and try every trick in the book to stop you from exiting your contract, even at the end of the term. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL TIE YOU IN AND CHARGE AN ABSOLUTE FORTUNE TO GET OUT
I would highly recommend Olive Communications. The level of customer service provided by our account manager Dan is second to none. I was extremely grateful for his patience and advice in selecting the best package for our business and his ongoing management of our account is faultless. Thank you.
After a loss of lines due to moving to O2 and then coming back to yourselves to join Vodafone, I cannot stress enough how helpful Dan Springford was and how much we appreciate all his work and efforts during the last few months. I was extremely stressed with the loss of lines and Dan did everything he could to assure me that it would be sorted and get the lines back as quickly as possible. I know both of my bosses called Dan during the process, (both of which were also stressed and probably not the easiest to talk to) and we also extremely happy with how he was dealing with things.
Since, I have spoke to Dan a few times on and off, he has called to make sure everything was ok with the lines, which I think was great considering he had done everything and still checked in. I also had a call with him the other day in regards to a billing query which he talked me through what was going on etc.
Dan is a real credit to your team over at Olive and couldn't sing his praises enough.
Have to agree with other reviewers ... most devious firm I have ever dealt with. Trying to cancel a contract is almost impossible. They use every trick in the book. They also use pressure selling and wilfully mislead you. Avoid at all costs. Still in the complaint process layer , upon layer of mistakes / deceptions. No doubt the Chris Charles who has reviewed the company with a 5 is the same Chris Charles who works for Olive

Never call you back. Keep trying to call and you get cut off. Answer your phone's.
Probably one of the worst companies I have dealt with, huge lack of customer service from the accounts management team. Almost impossible to get out of a contract without racking up a 5 figure pay out charge. Will promise you the world and will provide you with less than a pond. However, Customer Services/Help desk team are brilliant.
Great team to be a part of, forward thinking with a great culture, pleased to be on board with what has been a great journey.
