Terrible company !

Terrible company !
ordered a router from these people, it arrived but was faulty, had to send back at my own expense - refund for postage not given, also refused refund on defective kit saying it was not one they supplied !
had to complete a charge back on my card-
their returns department never reply either- utterly useless- BEWARE
