Coles Epping

Like an oasis in the Epping Sahara my life would be tough without you Coles Epping.

Nice and cool place with limited population and having all necessary requirement in all respect

Fresh vegetables and reasonable prices and discount sales....

Don't bother asking the short white guy with a pony tail in produce whether or not he might have a product in stock out the back, he'll just give you a weird look and say "no" because that's the only power he has -- the ability to not bother doing his job right when a customer requests he check out back for a certain product.

There's always full in the car park all day. Apparently all ppl just park here and walk to train station. Coles you guys need to do something for ur customers

Thats my usual grocery store and live it for the veriety , value for money and quality of goods. Also Coles is open till late evening and hence really helpful

Big store. Lots of variety. Well laid out. Lots of checkouts. What more do you want in a supermarket?

Has lot of options. Easily accessible. Ample parking space is available. If you have card then it is easy to bill yourself instead of waiting in queues.

A huge Coles with almost everything you need. But it's not easy to find things here unless you have been here couple of times. Frankly speaking the staff is not helpful. It is always tough to find anyone to help you because they are always busy stocking items. Trolley's are not always available as well. Parking is ample.

Great proximity to our flat and products that we need are available most of the time. Queueing time at check out is often tolerable especially at the self-serve checkout. Nice staff in general.

You know what you get with Coles. Reliable and unspectacular.

Not recommend if you want to make it a one stop shop to get everything before hitting home. By 6.30pm most of the stock is gone and shelves are empty bakery bread finished and if you ask one of the assistants for a run out item the response is sorry can't locate where the stock item is and on top of everything can never find a basket at the entrance but has to go into the self serve area to get a basket where the pile is sky high.

This is located at walking distance from Epping station. You will get a lot of groceries available here. The best part is it's open till 0000 hrs except Sundays when it shuts it door at 2200 hrs.

Ample parking, clean and wide aisles, easy peasy grocery shopping.

Parking can be a challenge and entry and exit out of it

Pretty much everything for a grocery store. The fresh produce and Deli options are great.

Too busy, a lot of pedestrian around and likely to get stuck in traffic at peak hours.

Great location great parking the soft freshly baked damper inspired bread rolls are divine Great with soup.

Good place to shop with 2 hours free undercover car park.

Apart from the carpark, which is impossible to get into and is always so busy, Coles Epping is great. The health food section has so much variety, more than any other Coles around Sydney. They also sell clothes here. The range of everything at Coles Epping is so good, you will be able to find whatever you need here.

Terrible service. Slowest check out and no one in the store knew how I could use a Visa gift card. I will never go there again. So so bad

Good place for purchase of all houseold items. Very neatly displayed items meeting the requirements.

Worst Coles ever. Poor customer service. The food in the delicatessen looks so gross and unfresh. Customers service rank top from the bottom up.

Constantly broken self checkout machines and damaged fresh produce make this a subpar supermarket.

A fairly large Coles store with most things you'll need. Neat and tidy for the most part, with access to parking and close proximity to the Epping train station and m54 buses

Coles is Coles but the staff at Coles Epping make the difference. They are always helpful!!

Rachel the old Asian lady at the delicatessen refused to serve me by constantly skipping me, by prioritising other customers. I genuinely have no idea why she would do that as I was in school uniform patiently waiting. This was at 4:10 on 20/11.

Busy supermarket with a wide range of food and groceries and a useful variety section with homeward and clothing. Friendly helpful staff.

I don't like the bread at Coles Epping. But you might like it so don't take my word for it.

The scanner doesn't recognize my flybuy card stored in stocard app. I have heard that some store can and some can't due to technology lag...

Shelves are not always stocked properly & fruit can be over ripe.

Shopping is fine, but they need to start to address the amount of dumped trolleys on the surrounding streets. They allow trolleys to lie for weeks, despite it only being less than 100 m from the store itself.

I have been living in Epping and shopped at this Coles 100+ times for over 4 years now and today Coles Epping disappointed me the most. Foods and groceries are excellent and up to Coles standard except the customer service. I was asking the lady named Connie if I can borrow the trolly for a bit to push to near my house which is 5 mins away and their trollies are coin-locked which I will have to bring it back to get my coin. Except looking at my trolly of full groceries, she smirked at me and had that way of looking down at people. Thanks Connie, I know my pride is worth more than $2 and your facial expression has just ruined the whole experience of shopping at Coles Epping which is less than that now.

Always shopping here. Easy and very convenient. Close to the train station. The price of some products is cheaper than others such as pet zone. More seafood product provides here.

More ranges than other stores around but lack quality and freshness in mainly fresh produce.

Its good but smaller as compared to ones in Carlingford and Parramatta. You can get mostly all items of your daily needs

Not too good. Only go for emergencies now. Shelves are almost never stocked, and what is there is usually more expensive than other Coles shops that I have been to. The customer service is ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS and all staff should probably be fired. The only good thing is that it is open until midnight, but you usually can t find any parking.
