If you ever try to call their customer service line, do not expect to wait any less than 20+ minutes for a real human being to answer. The agent I (finally) spoke with claimed they have over 12 full time call center agents on staff, but I just sat on the phone for 23 minutes on hold. Do companies like this understand that their clientele might have something better to do with their lives than sit on hold? My call was to cancel my policy and I'm glad that was my last time to have to deal with this customer service. Would definitely not recommend this insurance company to anybody.

ePremium was a huge help to me with a recent move out. I did a class with one of the representatives, Amberly, last week and it was a very big eye opener. She was wonderful in taking us through what ePremium can help our residents with and also how much easier it can make my job. I was able to file a claim and have a very recent hefty bill completely covered for our resident. Needless to say she was beyond thankful that she no longer had to worry about making any payments. It was so nice to be the good guy with that phone call and it would not have happened if she hadn't had ePremium. I will definitely be recommending ePremium to all of my residents when they come to move in!

It was super easy to enroll and get started with ePremium Insurance. They break down what coverage is required by your apartment community, extra coverages they recommend, and your choice of personal property coverage.

They have 2 easy payments options; month to month or a full 12 months. It was WAY more affordable for a ton of more coverage.

Due to the pandemic my move went a new way. All paper work for leasing and even the viewing was done virtually. I liked the feature where my insurance policy was forwarded to my new leasing office once it was established. One less email to send and make the process seamless.

It was so easy a third grader could do it. I just called acnd bought insurance over the phone and all I had to do was verbally answered all the questions she asked. They sent the proof to the Apartment complex and to me and I didn't have to go deal with the office about it. Just having insurance took a lot of worry off of me. This is the second apartment complex that had water damage and the one before this was a fire and water damage. Both caused my people high on meth. I was not affected by either. This is why I have insurance. Not because I'm negligent but because you have no idea what other people are doing in their apartments.

I am 100 % satisfied with this company . Upon move in of my new apartments I was looking for renters insurance , they had the best rates out there . On top of having the best rates customer service was excellent ! They also have a program in which you can pay your security deposit through them . I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for insurance.

Back in July of this year, I received an email say...

Back in July of this year, I received an email saying my credit card was almost expired, so I called in personally and changed my card on file or so I thought. I processed the yearly rate and even saw a pending charge on the new card. To my surprise, I received a phone call from my apartment manager saying that I didn't have renter's insurance.

I explained what happened and even checked my transactions. That's where I saw that I wasn't charged back in July and the pending transaction was never fully processed. There was no communication on their part. I never received a phone call or an email, so I called them back extremely furious.

I found out the agent that originally helped me didn't save my credit card on file. While I was explaining my situation, the current agent cuts me off and says, "There's nothing I can do about that." The customer service was lacking. The professionalism was lacking.

The funny thing is, I started a whole new policy with them only because I needed it right away and I was on hold with Geico for almost two hours before I gave up asking about their renter's insurance. Once this year is over, I'm getting rid of ePremium Insurance. They're trash.

The claims filed are paid quickly and we love the pet endorsement policy! The staff was great, everyone spoke with great knowledge of the company and it's policies. Being an people/people person can take you a long way, and that's what it did for each of us. It was a positive first meeting party and I enjoyed myself and want to thank every for so much knowledge about my application and making me feel at home before my application was approval. I ve been a customer for 3 years and have had a claim that none of the companies have a legal asesor a customer service representative to take care of a claim there s are E premium the ones that suppose to represent this company / MSI renters that withdraw your money ! Different names and numbers and at the end after three months no one give me an answer !! I m waiting for a resolution or leaving this company that drops the ball to each other plus operators are hysterical some lady Michelle M.! Terrible ! 4 companies in one and none do their job ! I m definitely changing rental insurance ! I don t recommend them of course ! No one answer legal matters on the claims they just transfer the calls to each one of the companies !! I had a horrible experience with the claims department. My apartment was broken into and two and a half months later I am still going back and forth with this company. My claim and another persons claim got "mixed" up. Before this was discovered I was getting the run around. my claims adjustor didn't answer the phone or return my messages. I even left several messages for her manager and received no returned phone calls. After the mistake was discovered they ensured me that they would resolve my issue. That was over three weeks ago. my issue is still not resolved. I would never recommend this company to anyone again. Once this is all over I will be switching to another company.
I still have no received this payment! Again I'm getting the run around and my emails and calls are not being returned!

We can always call on her with any questions we may have. ePremium's on-line sign up is quick, easy and very user friendly for our residents and our associates. Highly recommend their service.

I needed to transfer renters insurance to my new place however due to Covid19 I could not reach my current renters insurance office so I decided to go with ePremium. I was appalled at how transparent and easy the sign up process was online . Every step of the process was made known and no hidden fees or red tape to obtain coverage. As of now (because I haven t moved into my new place yet) I am happy that I was able to promptly obtain renters insurance. The rates were also a huge plus with me... very reasonable monthly rates for a lot of coverage .

ePremium insurance made it quick and easy to purchase renters insurance and it was cheap considering I was required to get $100,000 in coverage. It only ended up costing me about $15/month and it included coverage for pet and water damage along with some other coverages such as thrift and fraud.

Easy process that was set up through, and initiated by, my apartment complex. The pre-filled options were in line with my complex's renters insurance requirements by default, which was nice. The price was also substantially lower for my coverage selections than that of other providers I retrieved quotes from. Giving 4 stars, rather than 5, because I haven't yet experienced ePremium's service in the actual event of making a claim. But specifically in regard to the process of acquiring coverage with them, my experience was easy, efficient, and straightforward. No complaints.

The company cancelled our policy 6 months into a year's pre-paid plan due to conflicts with our rental company changing management and didn't bother to tell us our plan was discontinued or refund our money until I called to renew. I had no idea we had no insurance as they never contacted us. They blamed our rental company and our rental company blamed them. Either way, they should have contacted us and refunded our money immediately when our plan was cancelled since we were the ones paying for the policy. Won't do business with them again.
