E-Premium is THE BEST! Easy to work with, excellent customer service (especially Tim & Amy!) The software is easy to use and the reports are clear to understand! E-Premium provides a really great value for your residents and even covers bed bugs, pet damage, water, etc! Claims are easy to make for your residents!
