Terms were very reasonable and most importantly, agreements were easy to understand, not filled with a bunch of legalize. I highly recommend ePremium Insurance.

I will never use this company again, Service is garbage and rates are not even good. Only reason i ever signed up in the first place is that my landlord recommended them to me. Never had to deal with a claim but it seems from going down through previous postings they have issues dealing with that too.

Needed renters insurance right away for new apartment..The leasing office recommended ePremium to me..did everything online really fast and they even sent my info to the leasing office really fast...I did the one time payment for full year of my lease..it is cheap..but good coverage..Thanx ePremium!!

I have worked with E-Premium for the last few years while working with my current organization. The company is FANTASTIC! Definitely the best insurance company I have ever worked with. The company itself is expedient with claims and offers great customer service. They also offer the lowest pricing I have seen to date from any insurance company that I have ever worked with. The wide variety of flexible programs that they offer will not only fit your budget, but also give you the coverage you need to feel protected. My favorite aspect of this company is that they have the best employees that I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Amy and Ann are great and are always available to help you with any needs you may have. I have immensely enjoyed working with this company and would recommend them to anyone who may need these types of services. every year, expect the insurance to go up. Mine went up 5$. When I asked why, "its the underwriters". When I asked what was the change to insurance policy - "nothing". 1$ processing fee if you dont renew your insurance early by THEIR set date. Not when you should renew. but 18 days earlier for me.
Monopoly in my area on renter's insurance.
I even asked for a courtesy 5$ reduction, having made no claims on the insurance, not possible.
Waited 15 min on the phone before.
just not happy with this renters insurance, and yet, i am forced to choose them as the only rental insurance provider for my apartment. Really unhappy.

0 Stars. When you need them to help with an emergency they say 48- 72 hours. The worst to deal with and will not help even if you are in a flooding apt. If you need renters insurance go to a real company not this one.

They don t cover anything and they make certain that whatever you claim is always an exception. Very deceptive and crooked! Save yourself the trouble and get insurance elsewhere.

ePremium has been a great resource for our property management company. Everyone that I've had to work with regarding our account has been super helpful and the turnover time in getting something completed is super quick. I highly recommend them for any property management company.

If you can avoid this renters agency ! Do so by any means. They have 0 customer service skills & their wait times for calls is beyond ridiculous. Every time I called it was over an hour long wait. Oh , don t forget to plan for that hour long + wait to cancel your insurance plan with them because theirs nothing they can do after 30 days . I have been moved out for over 4 months and they want to charge me even though I know In their records it tells them that a new tenant has taken over that apartment . Their staff is beyond rude and non empathetic the lady I spoke to Marsha was awful. Learn from my mistakes they suck.

I was advised to use this insurance company from my leasing office and although i had a 250.00 non refundable deposit it beats coming up with 1000.00 for a deposit

They are familiar with where I am moving so signing up was very easy. You have a choice of paying monthly or annually with a small savings if paid annually. My only issue was I thought theu were a bit pricey compared to policies I've had in PA.

Working with ePremium is the best! Any request is addressed the same day. The e-Deposit option is a great option for renter's, and the insurance they offer is affordable and caters to the renter. I would definitely recommend ePremium to all my renters and friends!

I called ePremium Insurance company to get a quote and the agent I believe her name was Christina was very helpful and knowledgeable. It was an overall very pleasant experience.

We have been working with ePremium for a couple of years now. Every representative I've had to communicate with is responsive, efficient and always professional. I appreciate their consistency.

Needed Renter's Insurance quick to get keys for my new apt. Call was quick, easy, small deposit to start policy & they sent proof of policy directly to my Leasing office & myself as well. They were the easiest part of my move.

Bought their renter's insurance. Terrible customer service. If you ever open up a claim, they will force you run around in circles and claim they never received documentation, pictures, receipts after multiple re-submissions, when you can clearly see that they did, and have even acknowledged that they did. Go with your car insurance company for better pricing and customer service.

ePremium was a huge help to me with a recent move out. I did a class with one of the representatives, Amberly, last week and it was a very big eye opener. She was wonderful in taking us through what ePremium can help our residents with and also how much easier it can make my job. I was able to file a claim and have a very recent hefty bill completely covered for our resident. Needless to say she was beyond thankful that she no longer had to worry about making any payments. It was so nice to be the good guy with that phone call and it would not have happened if she hadn't had ePremium. I will definitely be recommending ePremium to all of my residents when they come to move in!

Wonderful cheap Insurance I would use even if it was not required of me through my housing agreement. I will continue renters insurance through them indefinitely.

It was super easy to enroll and get started with ePremium Insurance. They break down what coverage is required by your apartment community, extra coverages they recommend, and your choice of personal property coverage.

They have 2 easy payments options; month to month or a full 12 months. It was WAY more affordable for a ton of more coverage.

Due to the pandemic my move went a new way. All paper work for leasing and even the viewing was done virtually. I liked the feature where my insurance policy was forwarded to my new leasing office once it was established. One less email to send and make the process seamless.

It was so easy a third grader could do it. I just called acnd bought insurance over the phone and all I had to do was verbally answered all the questions she asked. They sent the proof to the Apartment complex and to me and I didn't have to go deal with the office about it. Just having insurance took a lot of worry off of me. This is the second apartment complex that had water damage and the one before this was a fire and water damage. Both caused my people high on meth. I was not affected by either. This is why I have insurance. Not because I'm negligent but because you have no idea what other people are doing in their apartments.

It s easy and great payment plan. I am new in this way of using and thought is a great way to have home insurance.

I am 100 % satisfied with this company . Upon move in of my new apartments I was looking for renters insurance , they had the best rates out there . On top of having the best rates customer service was excellent ! They also have a program in which you can pay your security deposit through them . I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for insurance.

Horrible, I was obliged to get this insurance bc of my condominium (BelAire Boca Raton), totally ripped off, over charged. 1st Payment (down payment d $63.01 Subsequent Monthly Payments: $13.00) I didn't want to give a review, but since they asked me so many times, I felt obliged again. Have a nice day now!

Super easy apply for insurance very affordable im happy with this company

The staff was great, everyone spoke with great knowledge of the company and it's policies. Being an people/people person can take you a long way, and that's what it did for each of us. It was a positive first meeting party and I enjoyed myself and want to thank every for so much knowledge about my application and making me feel at home before my application was approval. I am getting older, lol!

I thought I couldn't do the Premium Insurance on the computer, but again that was explained to me in great dealt, and guess what? I'm good!

Very easy to set up your renters insurance and the price is great

I had a horrible experience with the claims department. My apartment was broken into and two and a half months later I am still going back and forth with this company. My claim and another persons claim got "mixed" up. Before this was discovered I was getting the run around. my claims adjustor didn't answer the phone or return my messages. I even left several messages for her manager and received no returned phone calls. After the mistake was discovered they ensured me that they would resolve my issue. That was over three weeks ago. my issue is still not resolved. I would never recommend this company to anyone again. Once this is all over I will be switching to another company.
I still have no received this payment! Again I'm getting the run around and my emails and calls are not being returned!
