They stole from my bank account for 3 months and refused to put the money back into my account, which really caused a ripple effect that was hard to cope with. Do NOT rent from this company!

I will never use this company again, Service is garbage and rates are not even good. Only reason i ever signed up in the first place is that my landlord recommended them to me. Never had to deal with a claim but it seems from going down through previous postings they have issues dealing with that too.

Needed renters insurance right away for new apartment..The leasing office recommended ePremium to me..did everything online really fast and they even sent my info to the leasing office really fast...I did the one time payment for full year of my lease..it is cheap..but good coverage..Thanx ePremium!!

Well what I can say is that the customer service rep was awesome she took her time with me she explained the different policies which I needed two to have for my apartment unit I'm moving into in Three days I Appreciate honesty an the plans she helped my to chose from my experience with the premium insurance was great thank you

I have worked with E-Premium for the last few years while working with my current organization. The company is FANTASTIC! Definitely the best insurance company I have ever worked with. The company itself is expedient with claims and offers great customer service. They also offer the lowest pricing I have seen to date from any insurance company that I have ever worked with. The wide variety of flexible programs that they offer will not only fit your budget, but also give you the coverage you need to feel protected. My favorite aspect of this company is that they have the best employees that I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Amy and Ann are great and are always available to help you with any needs you may have. I have immensely enjoyed working with this company and would recommend them to anyone who may need these types of services. I look forward to continuing to work with them, and proudly represent their company in my daily role. Keep up the GREAT work!!!

every year, expect the insurance to go up. Mine went up 5$. When I asked why, "its the underwriters". When I asked what was the change to insurance policy - "nothing". 1$ processing fee if you dont renew your insurance early by THEIR set date. Not when you should renew. but 18 days earlier for me.
Monopoly in my area on renter's insurance.
I even asked for a courtesy 5$ reduction, having made no claims on the insurance, not possible.
Waited 15 min on the phone before.
just not happy with this renters insurance, and yet, i am forced to choose them as the only rental insurance provider for my apartment. Really unhappy.

I haven't had to make a claim or had any business dealings with the company as of yet...

...the 5 star rating is specifically for the agent who assisted me with coverage. She was just as helpful and friendly as possible. Total win dealing with her...I actually wish every customer service call I make would be answered by her...lol...

The insurance itself is relatively inexpensive, however it is one that is billed bi-annual so be prepared to pay half.

We shall see how the company is should I ever have to make a claim...

0 Stars. When you need them to help with an emergency they say 48- 72 hours. The worst to deal with and will not help even if you are in a flooding apt. If you need renters insurance go to a real company not this one.

Hassle and a scam. I had a policy with them for a year as recommended by my landlord. They sent me a renewal notice about a week ago - which I was fine with. Today I get a notice of cancellation for non-payment of an automatically deducted payment?? No one at the company can tell me why the payment didn't go through (the payment source on my end was fine, didn't change and had 200% more money than required available on the day they claim to have made the transaction), I never got a notice of the payment failure, pending cancellation or a note that I could go jump off a cliff. Just a renewal followed by a cancellation 4 days later.

Today, I obtained coverage with Geico/Assurant, for less money and no rude service agents on the phone. No one at Geico/Assurant sighed into the phone and rudely stated they were just a phone agent and couldn't help me. No one at Geico/Assurant told me they didn't know why their system broke down... no all those excuses came from two very rude agents on the phone at the ePremium number. I also didn't get asked to make 3 separate phone calls to set up my coverage with Geico/Assurant. However, the ePremium folks - have asked me to call back after 2 very rude phone calls so that I can settle an $8 balance they have invented, when their payment center is open on west coast time so I can fully cancel and avoid any issues. GREAT NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Not that they will care, but I will certainly be telling my landlord and neighbors about my awful experience and recommending they do not continue to suggest them as our policy provider.

The agent was amazing, friendly, professional and was willing to explain everything I needed to know. I wish I could remember her name. She was from Cincinnati, Ohio. Never bought renters insurance and she spent a perfect amount of time explaining. Not pushy nor hard sell, just did the professional sell.

If you can avoid this renters agency ! Do so by any means. They have 0 customer service skills & their wait times for calls is beyond ridiculous. Every time I called it was over an hour long wait. Oh , don t forget to plan for that hour long + wait to cancel your insurance plan with them because theirs nothing they can do after 30 days . I have been moved out for over 4 months and they want to charge me even though I know In their records it tells them that a new tenant has taken over that apartment . Their staff is beyond rude and non empathetic the lady I spoke to Marsha was awful. Learn from my mistakes they suck.

They are familiar with where I am moving so signing up was very easy. You have a choice of paying monthly or annually with a small savings if paid annually. My only issue was I thought theu were a bit pricey compared to policies I've had in PA.

Bought their renter's insurance. Terrible customer service. If you ever open up a claim, they will force you run around in circles and claim they never received documentation, pictures, receipts after multiple re-submissions, when you can clearly see that they did, and have even acknowledged that they did. Go with your car insurance company for better pricing and customer service.

The company i am currently employed with offers Epremium Insurance as a security deposit option. When i started i had never heard of them before but soon realized what a great option Epremium was!
