We have a partnership with ePremium for our preferred renter's insurance program. The team at ePremium goes out of their way to make sure our associates are well educated on their programs and has even provided several trainings at our management meetings. The claims filed are paid quickly and we love the pet endorsement policy! Scott, Jenn and Troy are a pleasure to work with and very responsive to any questions our teams or corporate associates may have. We have received positive feedback from our residents that the customer service department is patient and attentive to their needs.
