Had a pitstop in Nashville a few years back & was able to book a flight that got me into town with just enough time to get to Epic Yoga and take Caleb's class. It was freaking GREAT!
Going straight from airport to yoga studio is the only way to travel - especially for work! <3
The studio is on the second floor of a shopping center, so there's plenty of parking.

I m so glad I found Epic Yoga. I was initially intimidated to go to a class, as I was really out of shape. I m so glad that I found the courage, as honestly as Epic Yoga has been the best thing for my physical and mental wellbeing. When March came around and we needed to stay at home, I was so disappointed, as I thought I would miss out on Epic Yoga classes. Luckily, the classes started up really quickly online and I have been been able to practice yoga with the instructors remotely. I m really impressed as to how easy it is to attend a class online and how much I get out of it. I had previously not been able to stick with an online yoga practice before, as it felt distant and cut off from the studio environment that I really enjoyed, but the Epic Yoga online classes have been fantastic. I think one of the key differences is that they are live, and the yoga teachers can see you on your mat at home and give you feedback and coaching. Epic Yoga has also featured guest speakers and multiple class times online, making it easy to fit into my schedule while I m at home working. Epic Yoga has been a lifesaver during COVID-19 and I m so appreciative of how dedicated the team of yoga teachers has been to all of us at home.
I just love this place, all yoga instructors are amazing ... I enjoyed all classes and workshops at the studio. What even better is that they have stepped up with online classes during this pandemic in a very high level and provided the same level of professionalism.
I love Epic! I have been practicing yoga at Epic for over 2 years and I can still remember my very first class, who the teacher was, what kind of class it was, where I was set up in the room, and the high it gave me since I came back for more the very next day! Not bad for someone who had only practiced yoga a handful of times in his life before that experience.
The community is awesome, the quality is great, the friendliness of the staff and ease of the experience is wonderful. It's really a no-pressure environment. The vibe at Epic is to support YOU, and treat you like an amazing person, and not just another body count in the room or another few bucks to the bottom line. Epic Yoga has created so much space for joy and vitality in my life.
Epic Yoga has changed my life. The environment, the staff and the students who practice at that studio are so inviting. It is totally non-judgemental and each time I am invited to grow in my practice. My stress and anxiety level have gone from high to nothing. I'm in my late sixties and have been practicing for six months. If you are thinking about trying it, I invite you to do it. You will not regret it.
Leanne Woehike and her team of instructors at EPIC Yoga are amazing! They provide a welcoming environment- in the studio and now online during this pandemic- that encourages all students to feel challenged and rewarded by the experience.
Epic Yoga is a great studio to find your zen and get a good workout at the same time. I would highly recommend. All instructors are extremely knowledgeable as well.
Visiting town and dropped in for a hot power 60 class. David was an outstanding instructor, the class was great, good atmosphere and music, the studio smelled good and everyone was friendly.
Epic Yoga is the most welcoming studio I have ever practiced. The teachers are all wonderful and give thoughtful cues and hands on adjustments. There are a lot of regulars and they create a great atmosphere in the studio. I practiced here for a couple of years, moved abroad, and started practicing here again when I moved home and the studio is as exactly as I remembered it and just as welcoming. If you re new to yoga give Epic a try. If you re a long time practitioner this is also a great place for you. They re truly wonderful!!
Hands down the best yoga community in Brentwood! The teachers and students make it warm and welcoming and Leanne is a top notch Yogi mentor. The new online Live class schedule has been such a blessing during this difficult time in quarantine. Also, the new guest speaker / class series has made this yoga community shine bright.
I ve practiced at Epic for 7 years. I love the practice, the teachers and the community. The practice and Epic changed my life and brings me so much joy on and off my mat.
The studio has a really good vibe. People are so Friendly. I have not practiced in a long time and was very Rusty. I did not feel judged at all. Epic Yoga will be my new yoga home. Thank you for being so Awesome.
I love this studio. A friend took me as a guest and then I joined! It was very easy to join online and they have 3 membership types. It is very chill there and no one judges. Allison and Leanne (the owner) are marvelous. I go once a week and plan to continue going for a long time. I am excited to see my body change!
I am very thankful that I tried Epic Yoga. I had tried 3 other studios and had felt intimidated and uncomfortable so I had decided to just try to do yoga at home on my own. After a friend kept inviting me for an entire year, I finally gave in and went with her. I immediately felt welcome and included. I have been practicing at Epic for 2 months now and love it. Everyone I have met, teachers and students, has been friendly and kind. It really is a space where you can be who you are and enjoy yoga regardless of your skill level or previous experience. I cannot recommend it highly enough!
In town traveling for business -- I practice Baptiste yoga at home. And what a welcoming and amazing studio this is! Such a treat - great space, energy - amazing workout. Highly recommend. I practice yoga regularly and this is one of the best studios I have been to. I will definitely be headed back whenever in Nashville area! Thanks Linda for a great class :)
If you are looking to try yoga for the first time or are an experienced yogi, check out Epic Yoga! The teachers, the space, and the community are fantastic and will meet you where you are at. I signed up for the teacher training without having ever practiced there and it didn t take long for me to feel completely a part of everything and to feel known. The people and the practice changed my life in such a wonderful way.
Went to my first Virtual Yoga class this morning with Valerie and it was amazing! I had the same renewed energy at the end as I usually do when I leave the studio. Great way to manage stress right now!
Epic Yoga Studio is my go-to place for everything healing . Through thoughtful class schedules and a mindful balance of yoga and inner healing, Leanne is a master. I can t recommend this studio enough!
From day one of this Covid-19 epidemic, Leanne and her gifted teachers have hit the ground running; taking care of the tribe s mind, body and spirit with online Zoom classes, even before Zoom was a thing .
I am a chronic yoga beginner and I love this place. It's always challenging. But the staff are so supportive and encouraging. The space and the other yogis are welcoming. I really appreciate epic yoga being there every time I'm in town.
Wonderful teachers in classic Baptiste style, but they still give you room to do your own variations. Very organized, super clean, great special classes, and easy free parking in the lots in front and back. I'm on the road all the time, and this is one of my go-to studios when I come to Nashville for business.
Safety, welcoming people, intention and focused self care. It is one of the few places I can't lie to myself. It is just me and my body in deep communication.
Epic Yoga is an incredibly welcoming studio. The vibe is very chill, yet also professional. All of the instructors are totally genuine in how they go about making everyone feel comfortable and right at home, and they always encourage us to do "our own practice" as they guide the class. I highly recommend Epic to anyone looking for a great class in the Nashville area with the friendliest, most supportive staff ever!
The class was challenging, which I like, the teacher was knowledgeable with adjustments and point to point instructions. It was suitable for any level of experience. Clean studio and spacious.
Good classes and instructors but the space is really small and there s no place to shower which is really icky! You would expect the prices to be lower since they don t offer these amenities as other Hot Yoga studios do, But they aren t. They say they have no plan to add a locker room or showers just FYI.
I am beginner and love Epic Yoga! Every class is challenging without being overwhelming and it's not too hot. The other class members and instructors are supportive and friendly.
Everyone here is always SO welcoming! The instructors are knowledgeable, genuine and teach great classes! It s a great place to do yoga that is challenging and rewarding! I love hot yoga and Epic has been a great studio!!
I've been a member for years of this fantastic neighborhood studio. Now in this time of crisis, they were one of the first in Brentwood/South Nashville to offer wonderful online classes, workshops and guest series. This is a flexible, agile community! I appreciated their attention to their students' health from the very beginning. Many studios are doing classes but not everyone are inviting national guests with backgrounds in stress reduction, music therapy, healing, energy work, mindfulness, deep breathing, etc! This is such a needed thing for me especially since I'm healing from an injury that is keeping me off my mat. I can now fit in some of these guest speakers and special classes to help during these very stressful times. Love expanding my mind and enlarging my practice beyond the mat. Thanks LeeAnn and the Teaching Team at Epic!
