Trying to get simple question answered about waste, no answer after 10 minutes of waiting, gave up.
Phoned today to report yet another missed bin collection at 1640 was told there was a 20 minute wait which was not a problem then at 1650 I was told that the office had now closed very poor customer service considering how much council tax we all pay
They are the worst Local Authorities I have ever come across. They were unfit for purpose and now they even WORST.

Useless tried to appeal parking ticket as I was paying for a ticket and came back to my car to find a pcn on it after only 3 minutes of it being there, but council won't listen and now have to go to court to make my case to a judge, also Funniest thing ticket wax issued on Xmas eve that's the type of people working for this council
I went for a meeting last Thursday and all the staff I met with were superb and very helpful.

Dreadful service, bin collection 6 times in 9 months. Complaints never answered.
I have had very bad experiences about bin collectors. They left my bins twice in a month of may 2019 and both times before bank holiday. I have been reported both times but unfortunately no responded instead of paying full council tax .
So disappointed
Re bin replacement... 2 years waiting for the lid of a general waste bin and 2 weeks waiting for the food bin and they tell us to wait till after Xmas ! where are we supposed to keep all the rubbish in the meantime? appalling!
