In town traveling for business -- I practice Baptiste yoga at home. And what a welcoming and amazing studio this is! Such a treat - great space, energy - amazing workout. Highly recommend. I practice yoga regularly and this is one of the best studios I have been to. I will definitely be headed back whenever in Nashville area! Thanks Linda for a great class :)
