Epic Yoga is an incredibly welcoming studio. The vibe is very chill, yet also professional. All of the instructors are totally genuine in how they go about making everyone feel comfortable and right at home, and they always encourage us to do "our own practice" as they guide the class. I highly recommend Epic to anyone looking for a great class in the Nashville area with the friendliest, most supportive staff ever!
