Epic Yoga is the most welcoming studio
I have ever practiced. The teachers are all wonderful and give thoughtful cues and hands on adjustments. There are a lot of regulars and they create a great atmosphere in the studio. I practiced here for a couple of years, moved abroad, and started practicing here again when I moved home and the studio is as exactly as I remembered it and just as welcoming. If you re new to yoga give Epic a try. If you re a long time practitioner this is also a great place for you. They re truly wonderful!!
