It's ok a bit overpriced pn something nothing impressive about this establishment...

Great discount shop but they are edging towards retail values aren't what they used to be

Many years ago Media Play closed its doors, which was disappointing for me. Some time later, like a hermit crab, Entertainmart made its home in one of the old Media Play buildings. Since then, it has grown and changed, selling a dizzying array of new and used products, from mobile phones and televisions to shirts, posters, books, video games and movies on BluRay and DVD as well as music, comics and toys. The staff is usually very professional and friendly, and the very few times I've had technical problems with a purchase, they have been able to fix or replace the item with no problem. (I want to emphasize that this doesn't occur often, and out of hundreds of things I've purchased, I remember only two or three issues.)

My biggest problem with Entertainmart is that I often find myself buying a lot more than I had expected.

They have not only replaced Media Play, but have even surpassed it for my media needs.

Entertainmart is a store filled with almost every movie, video game and CD you can imagine. Granted there are always the few things I go in looking for that I never find, but they tend to have almost everything. Their prices range from being under priced to being extremely over priced. I just bought two brand new movies that had just been released that cost 20 or more at normal stores, and only cost me 12.99 used at Entertainmart. And other times they have movies that are fairly new or several years old that they charge an arm and a leg for. All in all their selection is typically decent, but that being said..

I have been going to Entertainmart since the very day that they opened, and every year the store drops in quality. Unfortunately the entire store looks like it is a war zone with pieces of trash all over the place and dust that has probably been there since the day they opened. The staff is beyond rude. There are only a few people that work there that even seem to know what decent customer service is, most of the people that work there have major attitudes, would rather not give you the time of day and are not very helpful. And most of the employs don't even look like they work there. They don't have much order when it comes to anything in the store. Their buying station has moved so many times since they opened I have lost track, and now they have a line set up that confuses everyone who goes there and instead of changing it or being nice about it they give every customer attitude.

They give you barley any money at all if you try and sell things to them, I know they need to make a profit of their own, but when they rip you off doing it, it isn't worth it. They refuse to buy any disc that is scratched, which seems almost funny considering lots of their own movie selection is scratched. I have even sold movies purchased from them in the past back to them, being that I didn't need them anymore due to upgrading or having more then one copy, and they refuse to buy it back because it is scratched but some how they have no problem selling other scratched merchandise.

They have no care in the world for keeping the place organized. Movies, games, CDs and the like are constantly out of place or left where ever. Their lettering system with their movies makes no sense at all and is almost impossible to find what you are looking for unless you walk up and down every row of movies. They have countless boxes full of thousands of movies and CDs that, while their lettering system is better then the actual movie area itself, is just movies and CDs scattered about and takes more time then most are willing to look through.

Their pricing system makes no sense. Some things are far to over priced and I have no idea where they get their prices from. There are countless items, I have noticed it mostly with video games but their movies have this as well, that have numerous prices. I have found one video game that they have multiple copies of that each copy has a different price. Sometimes they will input in their computer that the item is now the lowest price marked on one of the copies but other times they will make you pay whatever price is on the box.

They constantly lose discs to items they sell, I have tried to buy several things from them that they then come back to me at the counter and tell me they can not find the disc. I have even tried to buy a movie from them that they have several copies of and they can't find a single disc to any of them. The workers have no idea half the time what it is they are looking for when they get discs. I have bought things from them that they give me the wrong discs for, give me less discs then are supposed to be included, and sometimes they don't even know what they have to get discs for and what they don't have to get discs for and they will try to sell me empty boxes and when told it has no discs they give off an attitude before going to get them.

While Entertainmart is one of a kind and is fun to go to occasionally, they need new management, a cleaning crew and employs who actually care.

I LOVE ENTERTAINMART this place is amazing!! You can get the best deals and everything is organized beautifully from old Playstation Games to books in the back. This is my favorite store!

Genuinely GOOD people working here. Every single time I've been in. Businesses like that are few and far between now but, not this place! I've shopped there for electronics, music & dvd's and each of those sections have a great variety too. Would highly recommend!

Places like this were awesome when I was a tween. Kinda spooky now though.

I was offered a dollar fifty for a stack of comics worth nearly 500$, after they held on to them for 24 hours. Why did it take 24 hours if they weren't even going to look at them properly.
Games are over priced, nearly double other used sites.
Worst warehouse store I've been to.

Lots to choose from, but be careful. Some of their prices for used items are the same, or higher than new items from other stores.

They have anything you can think of now, pretty much!

If you try to sell anything, you will get ripped off. I sold 2 phones to here, and they tried to offer me much less than what they had posted on their own wall for the values. After some time, the manager finally agreed to their prices, but the experience was horrible.

Staff was very rude on other visits, and one employee walked right past me and refused to help because he went and hit on two underage girls instead.

Wide variety of things I didn't realize they had... I. E. Swords and magic cards

Awesome store but prices are a little high for second hand items .

I had to go find someone to help us. And the service was ok.my kid knew more than they did.

They have a great selection, and everything is usually reasonably priced. Most of all, the staff was knowledgeable and happy to help.

Pretty groovus place to find just the right movie and or music, and that one great collectable

The used records here are in great condition, and are cheap

Ripped me off. Would not let return dvd cause it was opened. Sold back only gave me .50 for dvd that i did not want. NOT GOOD BUSINESS but people let cause only game in town. Never go again

Good selection of comics and classic games! 10/10 Would Recommend!

Quality of this store has gone down down down imo. The last time I went here was like 2-3 years ago. I went there last week and no electronics anymore...strictly just for movies, games and now books. Place should go back to having electronics...we don't need a super movie store....everything is digital

Had some old phones and a tablet that I was not longer using and decided to take them it to sell. No problems and I feel I got good buyback $. Great job EntertainMart!

Their holiday sales are the best for stocking up on games and assecories.

Incredible selection of games, consoles, music, electronic devices, posters, toys, card games, collectibles and so much more. Always a staple in my house for entertainment!

Its big. But it feels like a shady place to buy anything

They offers great price for many products for new and used. Customer service are often friendly and respect. There is one negative impact is buyback (sell or trade) values are not reasonable, the value in cash or credit is pretty low than what it should be.

Large selection with reasonable prices. Can't go wrong here.

There is a wide selection of products here, they offer more for trade in than game stop. BUT this place is the dirtiest retail store I've ever been to. The store was disgusting there was garbage all over the store the counters had greasy finger prints on them and smears of God knows what the floors and chairs in the waiting section were nasty. The staff were indifferent to the guests and unhelpful. I wont go back or recommend it to anyone I'd rather get less for my trade in than go there.

Prices arnt the best but it has alot of older games

This place was once where you could find just about anything, audio, books, magazines and video related. It has gone downhill throughout the years.

I visit here looking for deals in video used games; it's seems it is better to go somewhere else to purchase brand new for the same or sometimes a lower place.

This store is close to the main citadel mall, adjacent to the guitar center in Academy. They concentrate in video games (new and used), movies. Posters and board games. The place is pretty big and have a lot of products. If you have an old system and you are looking for a part or controller or a game, I will try this store first. Is wee located. I check the prices and if it is for personal use, the prices are not bad. My sons like the store and knowing them, that is the best reference. Good lock, play and fun.

Love it I always find the movies I'm looking for and they got old game systems like Sega and Nintendo plus new PS4 and Xbox one

Entertainmart is a great store. If you have a good attitude when you visit this store, the employees treat you better, and go out of the way to help you.

Awesome store for gaming stuffs. New and used. Music, DVDs, posters, books. So so much stuff! I like checking them out all the time. They carry cards against humanity so they're okay by me. Check em out!

Entertainmart bought my PS4 and VR set for a reasonable price, although the service took some time.

I bought a controller for an older gaming console. It turned out to be non functional so I exchanged it. Turns out what I originally bought was mislabeled and I was charged double what it was worth. So when I exchanged the product the first time I didn't complain because the exchanged product looked brand new. Turns out the this new controllers' buttons didn't work half the time. So I came back to exchange it. Cashier argued with me, I repeated the details of the situation for him again. Finally he did the exchange. I got home and I thought well 3rd time is a charm right? NOPE. My gaming console would not even recognize this controller as the plug rattled just like the first one did. I threw this controller in the trash and will take my money else where from now on. Thanks, but no thanks. 3 wasted trips across town. Avoid this place. Don't ask me to "come in to make it right" either. You had 3 chances. You earned this review.

Didn't find what I was looking for, but the staff was friendly and helpful in looking for it.

Poor communication and forgetfulness, I brought a handful of games up to the counter and the clerk just mumbled and forgot to give me one of the games back, this is unacceptable service, I truly wish they would fix these issues with poor customer service but they seem to not be focused on that, it's very unfortunate.

Its huge, and kinda old and dusty. But you can find some gems if you look hard enough. It's like a thrift store for games and movies, plus other random stuff.

This store is the worst business I have ever entered, this place is worse than a raging dumpster fire filled with diarrhea, at least the dumpster fire provides warmth. If the store were to disappear tommorow the world would be a better place.

Good selection of used things from random magic cards to DVDs and video games. Blurays and 4k too if that's what you are looking for. Was confused a little with the blurays of kids movies in the family section instead of the bluray section, but whatev

The record section is massive and the pricing couldn't be better. They have enough posters to make any movie buffs dreams come true and more games than anyone could count.

Store has a contract with a company for a buy now, pay later type situation. The employees were too lazy to start the program so they said they didn't have it. Forcing me to buy it online and get it shipped. When it was already in store. (yes they can use the same program in store. I spoke to corporate) they just suck at their job

Great place for getting DVD's that you can't find anywhere else.

Always a great place for all your music, DVD, pc, games.... Anything and everything entertaining lets just make it easy.. Staff are helpful and polite. Prices can't be argued with fairly picket friendly and great selection of everything audio and visual. I'd highly recommend it, also great place to sell your games, music and DVD's.

I love calling in and asking for a movie or a game and the staff will more than likely get it for me (if not busy). I do that really because I don't know either where it is, or in a rush or don't know anything about games and consoles. They've been having great sales, mostly around the holidays (before or after). Staff is friendly as well

That Dummy who posted a bad review even gave me a bad review at the Colorado Springs Flea Market, LOL, what an idiot!! I'm sure Entertainmart does does a great job!!

Great deals on most stuff of your buying. Lower prices for selling thing to them though
