Plenty of cool things, some gaming equipment is overpriced however

I've loved this place since they opened... Their prices are awesome, their deals are unmatched, and their inventory is always growing and expanding... Plus they're in a fantastic location, easily noticable and accessible...

The employees have little knowledge of what products they have in stock & seem to be apathetic towards their jobs and customers. This is one the worst electronics and media resale stores I have ever seen.
I remember 4 years ago when the employees would bend over backwards to help a customer. This particular store has definitely gone down the toilet. I rarely come in due to this.

Tried to buy a game last week and they didnt have the disk for it. Bought a game today and it doesn't work. Nobody there seems to know how to use the Computer.

Staff is hard to find on thr floor and not very helpful.

The service is good usually, but the building itself is worn down and rough inside and out

If you're looking for great deals and HUGE selection EntertainMart is the place! They have all kinds of games, music and movies. It is dirty and a little disorganized so if that's something that is important to you go somewhere else. If you want to sell them something you think is worth a lot of money save yourself the trip and just try to sell it on ebay. Overall they're really a great store.

These people were extremely rude to me. I walked in with a few things wondering if they would buy or not. I had a unlocked paid off google pixel 3xl, skull candy headphones. Now this is the first time inquiring about resale i didnt know exactly what they buy and i was struggling desperate for a few bucks for gas to get to work. I walk in no one says hello and when i get to the desk everyone was talking and laughing amongst themselves and i waited just to see if anyone would greet me nope they looked at me and then looked away. Okay i get it i looked a little messy hair was in a bun and i had a hoodie on. So i finally go up to a clerk and say hello i have a question and they look at me like im stupid and i asked a girl with short hair and glasses if she could evaluate my things and see what i could get out of them i pull out some bluetooh headphones and some noise cancelling gaming headset and the girl and a guy say to me. what makes you think you can get anything out of these? Are you aware of the condition? These are just cheap headphones excuse me? For one they werent cheap and for to they were used like twice no scratches or anything broken. Then i asked about the google pixel 3 xl and before i could finish explaining the condition she rudely interrupts me and says do you have proof its paid off? Like i was some scammer and at that point i just left. I almost cried pathetic i know but they made me feel terrible about myself and degraded. Just because someone had a rough month with bills doesnt make them any less of a person and mind you my job position was higher than theirs and i made more money i had just a small struggle during that month and i wasnt even asking any set price. I hope these people realize they hurt someones feelings!

Check this place out. Will probably change your life.

Used to be great value - not so much anymore. But, they have things you won't find elsewhere.

This place is amazing! I moved here from florida and ive never seen a place like this ! So much variety I love it. I probably got over 120 bluerays from this place! I admit it I have a problem but its worth it lol

Went into the Springfield location had 3 movies in hand, there was no line and 3 girls working. After making eye contact with at least 2 of these ladies, with them quickly turning back to what they were doing. This is all good except I stood there 10 minutes with no one helping me and the store was not busy. Me and my wife left movies on counter and left.

Place is over priced and selection is getting weaker. Only go if they pust stuff on-sale or going out of business

Somethings are good and some others are outrageously expensive.

This place has such a wide variety and large selection its unreal. BlueRay, 4K , DVD , every movie you can search for. Also in Store is every gaming system to date and the games to go with them. I even saw Nintendo Original Ninja Turtles Game as well as tons of other classics. If you still by physical copies for your Entertainment needs then EntertainMART has something for you.

Place is huge and has a LOT of stuff. Too bad it's so filthy that I have a hard time breathing in all the dust. Not sure how often I'll go back. Sad.

Take a stroll through the store in it's entirety to find great deals throughout. Just found a $40 item clearanced at $5, not too shabby.

An absolutely amazing video store to visit if you call ahead they will pull your video have it waiting on you if not you're free to browse through millions of copies of DVDs records CDs takes anything you're looking for I think they might even have 8-track you youngins don't know what that is great staff great customer service highly recommend

We usually go in to look around or to get a few movies,but end up always walking out with more then we wanted to get.Great place to get movies,books or whatever your looking for. Highly recommend this place.

They are GRReat someone stole my mothers phone & the workers called me as soon as they got my text to take it to the police station. There were lots of picture of my deceased father on that phone that we were able to recover but honestly we probably would have never seen it again if you guys didn't check the text. Thank you!!

Big used CD selection... but all sealed... so no accommodation to listen to CD audio quality on headphones before purchase.

I had to return an item that did not work properly and was actually mocked and called a liar. I came in with the receipt and was still treated like a criminal. Instead, use Amazon it is a much more pleasant experience and you won t get carjacked in the parking lot.

First, going into the bathroom was extremely disgusting. Have you ever been in a place where you didn't want to wash your hands, because you thought you would be better off not? If not just go into Their bathrooms first. There was BLOOD on the floor, in the sink, and the bathrooms were generally DISGUSTING. I then bought a game, went home, and the game did not even work! I called the store that same night, and asked if they had another one. The man or boy (who didn't mention his name) said I'm sure we have it. I asked him to look, because I had only seen one case, and he then acted like he was looking and said, "what the F***" and SH**" while he was on the phone. Very unprofessional service. So I return the next day to get the game he said they had, and it turns out they didn't have another copy. Service was terrible, it was nasty inside and out, and needs to be cleaned up. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO ENTERTAINMART IN COLORADO SPRINGS. Oh, and the used game they were selling for $30.00, game stop had new for $30.00. I will recommend and shop at game stop from now on! it wasnt poor to fair, it was " EXTREMELY POOR!"

worst customer service ive had in my life!!!employee over turned managers decision to return defective movie and later manager lied stating that he never said to "go ahead and return the movie for him"...i have spent 100's of dollars at this place only to be treated as if i was a crook trying to return movies just for money or a different movie. i have returned 2 movies before this and got a full cash credit back both times. The day shift employees are unprofessional,rude, and as well over turn managers decisions..I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN DURING MORNING SHIFT

Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. 11/10 for the employees working there when they're sober. With that said, this place is just a glorified pawnshop at best. Prices are always higher than market price on cards. I brought in some cards for trade and was informed that they pay 10% of market value. I bring in 2 completely seperate boxes, and the first thing they do is, apparently, shuffle $60-$100 worth of cards into the other box because "they're basically worthless". You heard that right. And when I said something about it, the response is "oh.. oooohh thats why you had the 2 boxes!" And then proceeded to jack my stuff. $400 in cards got me $40 bucks, or $60 in credit. I traded them nearly 2000 cards, over 150 that were worth some real money, and when i left the store, they wouldn't even trade me for a box of 1000 of their bullsh** new common throwaway cards. the owner or whomever runs that place is a greedy SOB and it disgusts me to see them taking advantage of our memories, passions, and for some, our lives. Remember searching for like 3 weeks for an n64 or SNES so you could play some old nostalgic games with friends... finally you find a nice deal... 100 bucks for a few old games, a consol, and 2 controllers? Remember when you tried to bring that to entertainmart? Remember when your heart sank when they told you... "we can offer 12 for the system, the games don't really add any value" and then they hand you a gift certificate for 18 bucks "to use on anything in the store!". As you're browsing, you catch a glimpse of 007: Goldeneye... selling for OVER $20?!?!.. they aren't your friends. They are here to take every little bit they can from you and hide behind "store policy" like every other company out there. Yeah you'll find the occasional starwars novel or FRIENDS poster, but if you're smart you'd just as well pay for good internet connection and watch/listen to all their stuff for free online.

Great place to find old game stuffs like nes games and saga games, other hard to find items as well. Would not recommend for new games. They where selling a game used for $45 that was new on Microsoft store for $29.99. Ebay or Amazon beat this place 98%of the time. Unless you can't wait, don't go here.

I came in yesterday to replace a broken phone from T-Mobile, keep in mind the nearest store in my local area is 30-40 minutes away. I bought a Samsung S7 and drove home (still 30-40 minutes away) but soon realized the serial number was blacklisted. Turned around to return it, and got a Note 8 and was reassured it would work fine. Come to last night after getting home again, and the serial number was, as well, blacklisted. I called the manager, and they told me to come in again this morning. They did absolutely nothing for me when I came in. I was shown more phone which were all blacklisted yet again. We went through four phones, and didn't even come home with what I came for. With three hours travel time, I still don't have a working phone. They tried to continue to sell me unusable material. My experience was horrible with highly unqualified staff who obviously didn't know what they were doing.

Cool place to get electronical stuff at good prices...

I like going here to get movies that I haven't seen in a while but the pricing is so much. Even when they have 30 of the same movie. Also when you do see movies they low ball you even if they do not even own a copy.

Variety of selection has gotten better the past couple of years & you can spend quite awhile in the store looking for good multimedia bargains & treasures.

They were rude and not very helpful. I went in to sell close to 4000 popkemon cards that ranged from base set 1 to now and they offered me only 50 for all of it

Jason, asst. Mgr., Went above and beyond. He took great care of me and ensured return business. He found the lost coy of Deathly Hallows pt. II which was the only coy in the store (which a customer had misplaced)

Their movie selections are okay okay but their prices are way too high for used movies. Even with 4 movies for $20(if those are 5.99 ea.) You can do so much better on eBay. Their bargain boxes are priced a little better, but it's a mess and not in ABC order.
The worst thing? Their book prices. I looked at a R.A. salvatore book that was priced used at around $4 and when I flipped the book over, there was still a white label from Arc for $1.49. What a mark up! Just from that one book, I didn't bother looking at the books.
Lower prices to be competitive and sort the inventory and it has a possibility of going up to 4 stars.

If you have time to sift through DVDs, it's the place to go..

Arguably the cheapest place to buy games. Prices are unbeatable for pre-owned games but the enviroment you shop in also feels cheap. They dont bother to clean pre owned game cases so the grime it came with is quite visible and off-putting. Combined with the other small examples of corporate laziness throughout, it would be 5/5 if not for these things.

Can always find a DVD or Vid game here for less than the Big Box stores

Wow. Got some beautiful wall art for under $10! We'll be back to shop the old games and consoles.

They have a huge selection of just about every collectible; DVDs, books, tv's, games, music, figures, etc. It is kinda dirty and the prices are hit or miss but chances are they may have what you are looking for.

For odds and ends like a ps4 stand that you don't find much anywhere awesome. But prices are nowhere near competitive, near full price when you could buy brand new when it's visually used. Massive selection of books, movies, and anime"nerd" stuff which is awesome. But for gaming needs, I'll look else where

Staff not real friendly. Had a lot selection but everything is so scattered and messy it's hard to find what you want.

Constantly rude, constantly trying to rip people off, worst experience here place should be shut down

This is coming from someone who has worked here for a collective year and a half. There s no way this is bias because I ve been on both sides (shopped here plenty of times before employment, and as I ve worked here, I ve had to deal with horrible people, and nice ones as well) every place needs improvement, I get that, but you have to understand this isn t family owned. We are owned by Vintage Stock so it s corporate who gets to set up prices, policy, and how much we can give you for selling us your movies. Here s what I have to say to the reviewers; if someone passed you by and didn t ask if you need assistance, a previous customer asked them to get a movie for them so they were occupied (there s at least 1 person assigned to work on the floor to help customers, he might be helping someone else also) You happened to see some staff in a circle talking? We hire new people every month, it takes a second to get a flow going, yet it s also nice to converse to forget about an angry customer that s usually tweakers, fathers who were angry before entering the store, and middle aged people thinking that we re trying to lie to them (if we did lie, they would come back for a return and that would be more work on us, so it s redundant to lie in the first place) we deal with yelling and threats very often and not for reasons you might think, it s usually small things like a customer switching sale stickers and they believe they re entitled to something we re not allowed to offer that price for, so it can get extremely discouraging or depressing depending on how you take things, so having a joke or two really does help immensely. Lastly, our stuff IS organized alphabetically, but everyday, at least 100 people sift through our product and change the order of everything so it makes it harder for us AND the next customer. I personally see it 3 times a day, including today. Every month we have people reorganize the entire thing (I myself helped with it a week ago) with a store this big, it isn t too easy maintaining but we do our best none the less.

If you want to buy an older video game console from here.. whether it be an Xbox/Playstation2/Xbox360/Ps3... Don t... MANY of their consoles are in bad shape, and their controllers are not good either. You d be better off going on amazon or ebay... or Game Source

Good selection of DVDs and games. Dirtiest bathrooms in town. Will give 4 stars when i cant smell the bathrooms 20 feet from the door,and 5 when put signs by the emergency exits(yes i actually look at this everywhere i go)

Had plenty of movies, consoles, games and books as you would expect, but I was told to come back before 7pm if I wanted to place an order for a game they didn't have In stock.

Just discovered this place and we love it! The staff is friendly and helpful, the variety of items is amazing!
